Great place to take the family to sit down and eat breakfast. Food was absolutely amazing, Great atmosphere. I had the chicken and waffles with the omelette. They see you and treat you like Chick-fil-A employees always do.

Really disappointed with my visit today. I ordered a chicken biscuit and found a piece of plastic inside after I had already taken a bite. Chick-fil-A usually has great quality control, which is why this was so surprising. I’ll be reaching out to the store, but I hope they take this seriously and review their food prep processes.

We couldn’t believe how big the loaded fries were! Truett’s Chick-fil-A is such a fun and unique experience! The loaded fries were incredible, and the sweet potato soufflé was absolutely top-tier. The omelette was a little different than expected, but everything else we tried was outstanding. My son especially loved the train he could push around the restaurant — such a thoughtful touch that makes this place special for families. Great food, great service, and a memorable atmosphere.

When you dine in on the side where you are waited on, the menu has more options! The salads are definitely fresher and made with more care. The chicken and waffles are tasty, and the waffle nachos are actually the STAR of the menu…you will not be disappointed. The down side is service is slow, and not consistently attentive, this side is almost treated as an afterthought and not the main attraction which is really surprising because it’s such a cool room. You’re paying more, you’re tipping as well, service and food should be elevated. The space, experience, and patrons deserve it. Still I will give 5 stars because I believe with some minor adjustments this location can rise to the occasion and elevate the rating to a solid 5 stars. Management please take note, it’s achievable!

Chick-fil-A food is consistent. We decided to sit on the restaurant side to make it special. I was excited about the different menu items. However, the cost blew me out of the water and k wouldn’t do the experience again. The menu says that the meal comes with two sides but they charge you per item so you could just get your normal item. The unique menu items like Brussels sprouts and fry nachos are intriguing and I think worth the try. Even the banana pudding was good. I just thought I paid a lot of money for an experience and not fantastic food. I was expecting more and that’s on me. Go enjoy this new experience but be prepared you are paying for it too.

Living near a Chick-fil-A dows not adequately prepare you for this place. They offer full service: meaning menus at the table and someone serving you there. There also seems to be a few different offerings on their menu as opposed to other Chick-fil-As. Overall, great experience.
