My experience at this new Chick-fil-A location was pretty good overall. The parking lot, bathrooms, and dining area were all very clean, which is always a great first impression. You can definitely tell the staff is still new and learning, which is understandable for a recently opened restaurant. While they are still working on getting orders consistently right, I’m confident that with more hands-on experience, the team will continue to improve.
As with any new location, production training in real-time is very different from classroom or book training, and I believe the staff will grow stronger with practice and customer interactions. The service was friendly, and the food came out fresh, which is always expected from Chick-fil-A.
Overall, I’d rate this location a 7/10 for now, with the potential to easily reach higher as the team gains more experience and confidence.

Chick fil a locations in this area are declining. Started coming to this one because the other Villa Rica location was messing up my orders. Visited this location today and my fries had to have been sitting out for hours and the kale salad I received today was a joke. Where is the rest of the kale?

This was my first and last time visiting this location.I ordered lunch through the moblie app and i got to the restaurant at a decent time, when I arrived it had been 10 minutes since I placed my order and the mobile pickup line AND drive thru lane were both empty so as I waited more cars pull up… the cars behind me got their food and the cars in the other lane got their food before me. There was at least 3-5 cars that came after i arrived and they all were seen about except for me. The girl bringing out food didnt come to my car until after she gave everyone else their food and asked if it was for simone and I said yes then she told me that I had to pull up to the 1st spot and wait for my food which didnt make sense to me because i had been there long enough for them to bring me a medium fry,a chicken sandwich, a drink and frozen lemonade at a decent time especially since every car that pulled up BEHIND me got there food within 20 seconds.

Been to this location on 3 different occasions. First time the drive thru was a disaster, waited over 20 mins to get my order wrong. Second time, my sons sandwich was wrong and cold. Third time, finally got my very simple #1 mostly correct. Just had pickles when I ordered without. I will give another chance in hopes they get better. Love chick fil a!!

I literally love cfa so I HATE to do this. But I am absolutely certain I have food poisoning right now from this location. Yesterday was the longest day for me at work and I was not able to eat anything all day which is how I know I’m sick from here. Well when I finally got off I decided to pull through this drive through and order a chicken sandwich deluxe meal. It was at 9pm so end of day. I’m not sure if my sandwich had been left out or something but holllyyy crap. I ate that night and went to bed. I woke up a few hours later so incredibly sick and it has now been almost 24 hours of not being able to keep anything down. My stomach is very clearly upset and I haven’t been around anyone else sick or with the flu or anything. I’m so sad because I love cfa and I’ve never been sick like this from their food but it’s going to take me a long time to be able to go back now from this experience. Just go to a different location.

This location is terrible! I’ve given them a chance twice. First time, all of our chicken was so burnt we couldn’t even eat it and they forgot one of our fries. Second time was for breakfast. There wasn’t a single car in line but somehow I still got a cold biscuit and they forgot straws for our drinks. Twice I’ve thrown food straight into the trash from this location! I wont be returning!

I know they’re new, but they need to send someone down to Fairburn and learn their drive thru system. I ordered ahead and had to wait in line for almost 10 minutes. That’s McDonald’s wait time, not Chick-fil-A. Fairburn would never, I zoom through that drive thru every single time no matter the time of day. Can’t stop here if I’m in a hurry.

Service was excellent and all food was very good except for the chicken strips. They were heavily breaded and over fried. Could not eat them and had to throw them out. Eat at Chick Fil A often throughout southeastern US and first time we couldn’t eat chicken strips.

The food was fine. However, the trash inside and outside was overflowing, the tables in the dining area were all covered in crumbs, handprints, beverage and sauce spills. The floors were dirty and sticky, the bathrooms were in need of a thorough cleaning. The entry doors were covered in dirty handprints. At 2:15 on a Saturday afternoon there was no excuse for how dirty the whole restaurant was, plenty of employees that had to have seen how dirty the tables were when they were delivering food to the tables or choosing their own table to take a break at.
