Ordered a honey pimento cheese grilled chicken with no jalapenos, it arrived Fried not grilled and it had jalapenos. And apparently when you order a large iced tea with less ice it means they only fill the cup 3/4 of the way. However, on the upside it still is delicious

Got a medium fry and Mac n cheese, received both half full. Never had issues with morning crew, but here recently I’ve had a lot of issues with my orders in the afternoon.

Love my chick-fil-a. Food is good, however, my food seems to always be wrong in some way, but gets fixed as soon as I bring it up. I would recommend to consider to please read the orders back to us to make sure we get the right food. Maybe it’s just me, but regardless, it would limit complaints.

The service is always good and the food is always fresh, but man do they seriously jip you on the fries. We always order large, but they basically just give you a bigger box. I was hoping it was just an occasional thing, but its been every time.

The Truett Chick Fil A is the better option and actually gives you a large fry. Plus, Truett has chicken tenders and we’ve occasionally gotten random gift cards for a free sandwich or nuggets on some of our bigger orders.

First time ever using the curbside service this was excellent would much rather do this any day over a drive thru was right out and very kind with the food , and was great and fresh and hot .

Store was clean and I was greeted upon entering the restaurant. A very nice man was taking my order he explained to me I was going a little fast for him because it was his first day. The older gentleman was kind and compassionate and apologized for not getting it done quickly as he thought it should have been. I told him not to worry I do talk fast and we both laughed. He called my order back out to me perfectly. I had 3 combos all made different and he nailed it! My order was promptly made and it was a wonderful experience! Food was perfect!

Yesterday morning, they experienced an issue with the fryer, so chicken-related items were unavailable. Despite this, the staff were incredibly kind and gave me a free sandwich coupon for my next visit. Needless to say, I’m on my way there again to redeem it. Thank you all!
