I ordered a Cobb salad with extra cheese. Was charged for said extra cheese.
Gosh I’d like to see it with the “normal” amount they put on. Must be about 3 pieces. And yes, I did ask if it normally comes with shredded cheese. They said yes and that mine had extra on it.
The salad was good. Normally their food is. Just shocked at the amount they consider “extra”.

I really do love Chick-fil-A but this one constantly drops the ball.
Service is great and the people are kind, but they really need to train those people in the kitchen. I am so tired of paying $20+ for food and stuff is consistently missing.
Pay extra for more sauces? They will forget it, then you have to circle back around and go in to get the sauces you paid for. Want bacon on your sandwich and pay the additional $2? They will forget even though it’s clearly on the label on the sandwich. I don’t have this issue in cedartown, or Villa rica. I don’t even go to this one if I can avoid it because I won’t get what I pay for.

I visited this Chick-fil-A on 10/10/25 at 9:02am and I will never go back here nor will I recommend it to anyone else. The lady Ryann that took my order was very rude and made it awkward to order. I asked if they could drop my chicken back in the oil for 30 seconds I was rudely told no that if they do that they would have to change the way they cook everyone’s. I have got very sick due to chicken not being cooked properly. So I am a little scared of chicken not being cook being cook well. Then she rudely asked me “what did you say” so I repeated myself and she rudely replied “no we can’t cook your chicken longer so what can I get you.” I ended up getting something I didn’t even want because I felt rushed and like she was just ready for me to go. I am a food service gm and I would never allow my guest to feel this way. You should treat people with respect you never know what people are going through. I was already having a horrible morning and I just wanted a spicy chicken biscuit which I didn’t even end up getting. This is the only Chick-fil-A I have ever been to that would not do that for me.

We get food here all the time but the past couple times we have gotten home about 20 mins away and food is missing and have to go back because someone in our family don’t have dinner. I get that we need to check the food before we leave but we have a big family and just pulling all the food out is a lot but i guess from now on it’s going to be a must. This location has definitely gone down hill

Are ya’ll rationing jalapeños and the pemento cheese or something? This is very lackluster, I got ONE tiny jalapeño and a half. The macaroni tasted a bit off compared to other chikfilas macaroni I’ve had as well and forgot my honey mustards. Just disappointing overall, the ‘banana’ shakes don’t really taste like banana pudding at all, but there’s weird crunchy banana bits in the shakes instead?. For the price, I expect good service I could have got a steak dinner somewhere for what I paid, won’t be back to location for a long while.

Purchase two four count chicken minis and neither were fresh. My husband asked for bbq sauce but it wasn’t placed in the bag. This is the first time I had a problem at this Chick-fil-A. I will give them another try.

We were lucky enough to be in the first 100 to camp out for the grand opening, so we get free meals for awhile, but we come in here alot and the staff is wonderful and we are so happy they’re here in Rockmart! The owner is a great guy and is very active in the community.
