Kind, attentive, smiles. Delicious, hot, fresh food. Clean, family friendly. Everything you expect from chick-fil-a. I went on opening day and go regularly since. Drive through, dine in, with my family of 3 toddlers and large catering orders. The leadership I’ve met are working hard and I’ve witnessed pouring into their staff, caring about them personally. The best place! I always go on my lunch or anytime I am hungry and the food and people are the best. This morning I was having a hard day and the person taking my order went above and beyond to help and try to make me feel better. The person bringing out my order (I had to wait b.c I ordered a veggie wrap and they had to make it), asked if she could help with anything when she saw my tearful face. She asked if she could pray for me and did. The food was delicious as always, but the kindness shown is just what I really needed.

Mostly a Mobile-Thru customer, and I love the convenience of being able to order and pay ahead of time using the app. Apart from a couple hiccups right after its grand opening, this location seems to have found its feet. My orders are accurate, and the service is friendly. My only critique (for Chick-fil-A in general) is I wish the Peppermint Chip milkshake was available throughout winter instead of only around the holidays. I’m so happy to finally have a location in Jasper, so I can “Eat Mor Chikin” on a regular basis.

I love having a Chick-fil-A close to our home. Every visit here has improved. Today I ordered a chicken burrito without hash browns in the burrito. I fully expected to have to wait, but my order came out quickly and was correct. I see the negative reviews on here, but I also see the kids are working hard to get the hang of the fast paced environment. This is probably a first job for most of them.

I called it before it opened, people in jasper would mess it up within 6 months of it opening and I was correct this is the worst food I’ve ever got from any location, work ethic and taking pride in your job doesn’t exist around here or atleast it’s hard to come by and people that work fast food don’t have that work ethic normally or they would be focused on a better paying job or career, they are there for a paycheck and that’s it, who cares if we over pay for garbage food, not their problem they still get their same hourly rate no matter how trash the service or food is, this food is making chick fa la look awful and they will see it eventually but I would write more but I’ve got to cook me and my family supper……… after my $60 garbage

I have been to chick fil a across the U.S. I have always had a pleasant experience. It is always my go to when I travel for work. I say that to say this…this chick fil a is by far the worst one I have been to. The first time I went they forgot my wrap. The next time they didnt give us any of the sauces we asked for. This third time I ordered a market salad and it always comes with cold grilled chicken that is sliced. But instead they added HOT grilled nuggets to my otherwise cold salad and the lettuce was brown. My husband and kids both say the fries taste funny and refused to eat them. As far as customer service goes, it is terrible. They are slow, confused, and very untrained. The first time I just figured is because it was new but they still haven’t gotten it together. They need to do some serious restructuring at this location.

I may come back and change this review later. I know they just opened and are working out some of the kinks, but the four times I’ve been so far the wait at the window has been a minimum of 10 minutes. Today my credit card transaction went through at 11:26 AM and I did not receive my two salads until 11:48 AM. I love that they’re here and the food was decent, but I also ordered an extra egg on my salad which wasn’t there and my other salad was supposed to have an extra piece of chicken on it and it was not there. I hope they work out these kinks and I can change my review. Will have to take a few weeks off from this location and see how they’re doing in November.
UPDATE 11/1: The drive through is somewhat better, but it’s by far the fastest route to go through the mobile order lane. The order takers and possibly people not knowing what they want creates such a bottleneck at the ordering screens.

The food is fine, but the service is not what you expect from a ChickFilA. Not courteous, no apologies when something is wrong.
They built a specialized lane to encourage people to mobile order, but have already started coning it off after the part where you check in so you merge and wait with the rest of the drive through. What was the point of building it if you’re not gonna use it?

We ordered for lunch. For $15, I got a very dry chicken sub with only half of the sandwich with a few flakes of chicken. I won’t pay that much for a lettuce and tomato sandwich again.
