This is the newest location in Douglasville and I love it. The one drawback…no indoor seating…the positives…everything else.
The food is just as good as any other location…but the atmosphere just hit different here.
On nicer days, I have enjoyed sitting outside at one of their tables and having, what I consider, to be the best fast food out there.
Everyone knows that Chick-fil-A prides themselves on only hiring good employees. This is a location that excels above all others. Southern charm and hospitality here…all the way. Enjoy y’all!

I love this location, the food has been great every time I have came here. The chicken is crispy, fresh, and hot—as well as the fries. The chicken minis and hash browns are also very fresh and delicious. This is my new favorite Chick-fil-A location. The food is way better here than the Hwy 5 location—which has gone so down hill for the past years. They are very packed during lunch hours and slow, but it is worth the wait and fresh food ! I placed a mobile order and skipped the line 🙂

This is a convenient location but they need more workers. The use of an express lane is to get food faster than normal but not at this location. I consistently order as a mobile order to wait a long time for my food. Please work on this place.

I’ve been ordering the mobile drive thru and it makes it extremely easy to get through those long lines. It’s very convenient for those who have limited times. At times it they don’t come out immediately but they do come out within 5 minutes to touch bases if they are a little behind. If they have a long line try to give them grace because it can be a lot.

Its really sad when you try to do the right thing and nothing happens! I came in today through the drive thru to get my son some food. I was paying with cash so she told me to pay at the window. We’ll since kids wanna play at window and not pay attention they came up gave me my food and I pulled off. I noticed I didn’t pay so I got out and went and paid! NO THANK YOU ! NO THANK FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING NO NOTHING! THE LADYY HANDED ME MY CHANGE AND I WALKED OFF. SAD PART AHE WAS A MANAGER OF SOME SORT! YALL ARE NEW DO BETTER!

Service is horrible! I had placed a mobile order and had my mom pick it up for me. When she pulls up to the window, the worker doesnt even acknowledge her and just stares straight ahead. My mom said “excuse me” multiple times trying to get her attention, and the lady can hear her but acts like she didnt. The worker then turned her back and helped someone else. My mom had to get out the car and get someone else because this worker wanted to be difficult. I genuinely dont even understand the point in doing that. She was helping everyone else but her?? For what??

I have received my order WRONG 3x at this point. Very simple Spicy Chicken American extra pickles add bacon. Why did I receive a spicy chicken with both American and pepper jack no bacon thank goodness they got the extra pickles THIS time. But this location needs a strong talking to it doesn’t make sense how you got my order 3x on completely different MONTHS. And for this chic fila to be 20mins from me you guys need to do better than this.
