Time and time again the chicken is never crispy lol. Also got a sandwich today and the chicken was so small it didn’t even come outside the bun. Chapel hill rd. CFA is better $5.55 for this sandwich. The fries are also soggy.

Chick-fil-A, no matter what location, is always solid!
Douglasville establishments as a whole have really become extremely disappointing in the last decade or so but the Chik-fil-a location here continues to maintain its usual level of excellence and culture of providing above the bar customer service. It’s quite amazing how the company manages to stay consistent across the board in the many various locations no matter what type of area it’s in. I think developing a Chik-fil-a university would be a great tool for other businesses to utilize. So many need to learn a thing or two about integrity as well as encouraging employee excellence and best practices. That may already be a thing but I surely don’t think there is enough participation if that is already in existence.
It’s rare for me to make it there for breakfast but with a new school year and schedule stating, I had the opportunity to stop for my daughters & myself this morning before school drop off, and start their day off right!!

This Highway 5 location has gone to trash over the last year. This is not the 1st terrible experience I’ve had here. I ordered grilled nugget meal and didn’t check my order before I pulled off and got home only to see they gave me spicy cold chicken. I called to let them know I’ve made it home but they gave the wrong chicken. Well they said if you want a refund or exchange we need the chicken you currently have. Um excuse me I live 17 minutes away. They said sorry it’s our policy and we need the chicken back for waste purposes. You’ve gotta be kidding me. I’ve literally never had a problem at Villa Rica Chick Fil A they are all so kind and helpful. But Highway 5 TERRIBLE. They need new management Hell a new owner if you ask me. My little comment is a drop in the bucket to them but I’m sure someone from that place will see this and I hope you respond.

Considering I was a director at a CFA for over 10yrs this location is an absolute disappointment due to knowing all training that is available this biscuit right here is a disgrace looking like it’s been stepped on. I had an even worse experience a month ago when I told them I had a tomato allergy and A MANAGER told me well eating here is a risk you’re willing taking and returned my food to me and walked away. I was so shocked that I told myself NEVER again now today is my son’s birthday and he really wanted Chick-fil-A so I went against my never again for him and this is the biscuit my husband got. Only decent food was my son’s minis but let’s be honest if they messed those up they got a serious kitchen issue considering all they do is bake the bread brush them with honey butter and stuff them. This location needs some serious training ASAP managers are a joke. Don’t even care about quality or allergens.

This place keeps doing this with their fries and it drives me crazy! Why are you filling the large size halfway? This location is very convenient, so I wish they were consistent with Chick-fil-As usual quality. Fried food is often slightly under fried and portions are different from other locations.

This is the most unprofessional Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever encountered. They failed to put the receipts on both of my bags and forgot half of my order. Plus, my creme and sugar. The manager is saying she can’t do anything about it; attached are images of the bags. Chick-Fil-A will not receive another dime from me at this location. Alisa should be fired for being so disrespectful. What kind of manager doesn’t say bring the bags we’ll have a look to verify the validity of the situation. #CHICKFILASUCKSNOWADAYS.
