The slow comments are correct 20min waits with no lines kinda nutty for a Chick-fil-A. They have to get there staff in order and I keep up with the slow demand.
I’d try again in 6 months when they have everything in order to fulfill orders. The staff seem to scramble, in the end they removed my order from the board and I had to ask for it since it was no longer on the boarding glad I kept my receipt

I’ve been here say 3-4 times or less but the food here is so-so especially on their breakfast burritos, also their chick-fil-a hushbrowns are a bit okay, and even been a few times is alright but lucky we don’t here often but we go to the one in Gwinnett county is a lot better taste and also fresh with their foods and drink. I’ll never go here or visit here for our breakfast meal anymore though.

I’ve given this place MULTIPLE tries. Might as well be a Popeyes with this level of service. Out of the 5-6 times I’ve been since they opened in October, today was the FIRST time I actually got my order at the window and didn’t have to pull up and wait. Then I find out they got my order wrong. Take my advice and go to another location… they don’t know what they are doing here…

Absolutely thrilled to have Chick-fil-A in the neighborhood! From the moment I walked in, the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. There was no wait at all. Service was lightning fast, smooth, and incredibly efficient. Every interaction felt friendly and professional, which made the experience even better. This location is already setting the bar high. Checked out the new Chick-fil-A in Mableton a few times since it opened. Overall, the orders have been mostly correct, but they’ve missed a few small-but-important details — like forgetting straws on a couple visits. The drive-through has also been pretty slow so far, which I’m hoping is just normal for a brand-new location still working out the kinks. I also tried the mobile order line expecting it to be quicker, but it didn’t seem any faster than the regular line.

I’ll keep giving it a chance as they settle in, because the potential is definitely there — just needs a bit more consistency and speed.

I was excited for this new location b/c its close to my home. I have been several times since it opened. Overall, I am disappointed. The speed of service is extremely slow even when there are no customers in line. The staff moves with no sense of urgency and they don’t know the menu. My order has been incorrect two or three times including today. The cashiers frequently forget to say “my pleasure” that chick-fil-A is known for. The kitchen seems to be always backed up. It feels like they rushed to open this location but failed to properly train the associates. Hopefully, they will get better in time but I am un-impressed!

Personally, I have never been inside so cannot comment on the atmosphere. However, I have been through the slow-thru many times. I am understanding that this is a new restaurant, but it’s been a few month now and the wait times just get longer. Tonight, I had an unpleasant encounter when checking on my food. I noticed I was charged for extra fries and forgot the side buns for my daughter. The food runner asked to see my bag- was going to reach with her dirty hands, but I grabbed them to give to her- and then she threw them in the trash. Didn’t ask for my card to complete a refund. It was a very un-Chick-fil-A encounter. Seems to be the overall direction this location is going in.

Update: it’s been about 3 months, and I must update my review. Dining inside has been a wonderful experience! Fast service and team members were great! Mobile thru is now fast and efficient! I love this location. Kuddos for now being a great all-around CFA!

Food is good, but drive thru is horrible. Specifically the mobile order lane. I’ve been to this location twice and both times, I sat in mobile order lane for 25 minutes. They started bringing orders to us while in the lane, but the person in front didn’t have their food so I’m waiting 15 minutes even after getting my food so that I can leave!

Went through drive-through to get a 12 piece count in macaroni and cheese. They didn’t have any macaroni and cheese. Also the chicken nuggets were cold. They wouldn’t even fried completely. The chicken tasted bland and they their sweet tea is never good.
I love Chick-fil-A, but I was very disappointed. They need to step their game up.

I have been here several times since they opened last October. I have been very patient with the new location, but it falls short every time. There has been only one time that I received a correct order. Most recently, I used the app to place an order in the Moble Drive Thru. When I got to the window, they gave me the wrong order. When I showed my receipt, there was a hint of disrespect in the person’s tone. I received no apologies for mistakes in my order every time I have been there.

I always used the app to place orders through the Mobile Drive Thru, and back when they had 2 lanes, I always waited longer for my order than someone placing an order at the drive thru window. Now they merged the 2 lanes, and I initially thought I would see an improvement, but it seems they lack the courtesy and attention to detail. I am seeing this at other locations as well; maybe it’s the sign of the times.
