It’s always the to go orders they mess up. The one time I don’t monitor these grown employees like children I got two of 4 chicken minis I’m not even sure how that happens the box felt empty to begin with. 1 star till I go back and see if they can make it right

I’ve always loved the fries at this place, but my recent visit was a huge letdown. They looked and tasted completely different; stale, not fresh, and lacking flavor. It’s baffling, as fries are a staple here, and I always looked forward to them. Additionally, the service has been just okay lately; they’ve either forgotten to include sauce in the bag or messed up my order.
I hope management addresses these issues because it’s truly disappointing.

I went through the drive thru to get a peppermint shake only at approximately 8pm. I interrupted a conversation between the two order takers who had to move out of the driveway so I could pull up. (Even though the line wasn’t past the menu boards they still stand way out ahead of it like they expect everyone to have the menu memorized. The owner needs to install another sign out where people can see it. Not everyone wants to use an app to plan ahead. Not a good atmosphere for the drive thru.) The girl who took my order forgot to tell me how much it would be ($5.29 as it turned out, which I think is overpriced, as they are not that big), but I had out a handful of dollars and coins ready at the pickup area. The guy there was distracted because he had to go back in with my cash, and took my milkshake with him even though I gave him exact change. When he did, he realized he still had a bag of food to deliver. So he put my shake down and came out with the bag. After asking if it was mine, he held out the bag and looked folornly in the direction the previous car had gone and had a moment of silence for what could have been. Then with a big sigh he took it back in and came back to me with my shake (no cherry, no explanation). Neither of the team members I interacted with said, “my pleasure” or yw or anything when I said thank you. It wasn’t a big deal or major faux pas, just a little slip in the normally well-oiled machine you expect at CfA. Nothing to complain about but Google asked so I gave my reasons for less than 5 stars.

I had a Cater order of 30 chicken biscuits. The order was supposed to be ready at 8a.m. At 8:20 someone finally went to the back to ask where my order was and they hadn’t even started it yet. I finally got my order at 8:40. Why tell someone their order will be ready at 8:00 if it isn’t going to be ready at that time? This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I will not place a cater order with this location again. I have never had this problem with any other store.

It’s chick-fil-a they rarely to never mess up my order. I’m gluten free and allergic to peanuts. So, knowing the fries are completely separate from the preparation of the fried chicken is reassuring. Ofc I always love the grilled nuggets

It’s Chick Fil A, you know. The only bad thing was the drive through line was so long I had to go inside to get our food and it still took 20 minutes before I was walking out the door!

All my food was good except that I got a salad with no avocado lime dressing. lol I improvised with CFA sauce that came with the chicken I ordered. Workers were kind. It was a very long line, but moved steadily like most CFA’s. Just tried the key lime frosted drink and would highly recommend.
