Today I visited this Chick-fil-A location and ordered one mac and cheese and two grilled chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

The food was very cold. The chicken in the sandwiches was dry and cold, and the mac and cheese was also cold. The burgers were extremely cold and did not taste fresh at all.

My daughter and I usually visit other Chick-fil-A locations every week and we are always satisfied, but this was our first time at this branch and it was not good. I hope they improve their food quality.

Great service and food that’s always good. The place is usually clean, though trash cans could be emptied a bit more often due to how busy it gets. Very family-friendly. It can be noisy inside when there’s a party, but otherwise the noise level is pretty typical.

This specific Chick-fil-A has always had issues with filling our order correctly. But lately, I had multiple incidents where I have ordered correctly, however, they have not filled the order correctly. One of the more recent issues was instead of getting a large, half sweet half unsweet tea, I got half lemonade and half tea. I called and spoke with Evan. He did not seem to be too concerned with the fact that they filled the order incorrectly. I had to ask for them to replace the drink on my app and give me an extra drink or two because of the fact they messed up the order.

Tonight I go through and ordered a grilled chicken Cobb salad with no corn on it, I get home and there’s corn all in it. So I called the location and again I’m speaking with Evan. He was nice but seemed very uninterested in the fact that this happened multiple times now. He asked me what I would like him to do, instead of offering to replace the salad that I cannot eat, I have to tell him that I want the salad replaced on the app. And I also follow up with a statement that this should be a training opportunity that you take immediately back to your kitchen staff to find out who did not fill the order correctly. The receipt clearly says no corn so someone did not read. The worst part is these are not the only two episodes that I’ve had with this specific location. It happens quite frequently with my daughter who goes through a lot for breakfast items.

And I feel that the staff does not think it is a deal, just come back and we will make it right, but when you get home at the end of the day to sit down to eat your meal or you get to work and it’s either wrong or something is missing, it becomes very frustrating. You can’t always just drop what you’re doing and drive back and get the items that you need.

Please use this as a teaching opportunity to address the issue with the specific person who filled the order, don’t wait to announce it at a team meeting, address it right then when you are called and hopefully it will stop happening.

I have been to all the other locations in the area and this store is by far the best one. The taste was amazing! The quality was impeccable. We had Gracie and Evan serve us and I just feel truly touched from my visit! Would highly recommend!!!! Kudos to you Kevin!

Last few times they mess up my breakfast order. Usually you don’t have to worry about checking your bag to make sure you get what you ordered at most Chick-fil-As but you bettet here.

Today was my first ever having a bad experience with chick fil a because there so sweet and respectful but today I came out to get lunch with my brother and we did a carry out order. Unfortunately while I was taking my chicken wrap out I seen a piece of hair sitting on top of my food. I took it out the clear container to make sure I was seeing it right and unfortunately it was . I was very disappointed.
