My local Chick-fil-A. I was there on a Wednesday 1/28 at 12 noon. Huge line in the drive thru and only one order taker!!!!!??? Finally another order taker came out after I sat in line for over 15 minutes. Parking lot was a disaster as nobody could move and horns were a blowing. Only 1 person delivering orders to drive thru. Staff was nonchalant and seemed indifferent to the situation. Come on guys 12 noon is lunch time rush and most of us get 15 to 30 minutes for lunch, we depend on yall to have your act together so we can get our lunch and get back to work on time.
This is unusual for this location, staff not show up? Training going on? Whatever it was let’s correct it and not have your customers inconvenienced in the future, please!

I love this location of the Chick-fil-A. Even though it’s at a Busy intersection, they’re always quick to take your order. I’ve been many times, and they have yet to get anything on my order wrong. They’re always quick, and courteous! Today, I had the most wonderful customer service experience with Natalia in the drive-through line. She was sweet, kind, and welcoming with a great smile. Always makes that experience at Chick-fil-A even better!

I’ve been in town recently for a convention, and been coming to this Chick-fil-A through out the week with coworkers. The food is great, and the facility is clean! We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and some chicken nuggets with a Dr.Pepper and a Lemonade. The drinks were mixed perfectly and the food was prepared fresh and fast. More importantly though there was one employee that really made our visits special, and that was Sebastian. This young man was working like a madman! The sheer tenacity of kindness, professionalism, and hard work this employee showed made my co-workers wish people in their respective departments worked this hard. I can’t praise this employee more, as when I went up to get a to go bag, he already had it ready once he saw me approaching the cashier. As a manager myself it’s employees like this that need to be recognized and paid what they are worth! These are the ones that show up when others call out! So big kudos to Sebastian, thank you for making our work convention a fun experience and Chick-Fil-A give this young man a raise or promotion!

I visited this location on 4/20/24 around 0610, prior to coaching an all day tournament in Jonesboro. I got to the event, took out my food and this is what my English muffin looked like. Why would anyone serve this EXTREMELY burnt English muffin to anyone??? My daughter had put the jelly on it for me while I was coaching. Afterwards, I thought that I was ready to eat. When I saw it, I was furious as I was hungry and could not leave to go get more food. I eat my food together, so I didn’t even open the hashbrowns. I called the restaurant and Lauren offered for me to come back in or she could give me the number to Chic Fil A cares. I called, but they weren’t open. I called the restaurant back and the older manager told me that sometimes the grill burns the food. I didn’t respond. Then she said that wasn’t an excuse and they must have missed it. There’s no way that anyone didn’t see this burnt muffin! She offered to give my information to someone to put enough points to cover the Egg white grill on the app for redemption. I said that they needed to cover the entire combo. Honestly, they should have covered my entire check including my chicken biscuit meal because I didn’t have any food until 6 hours later. I’m not sure if the points are on there or not. However, I showed this to around 25 people at the tournament who all said that they’d NEVER seen anything like this served especially at a Chic-Fil-A. I’m highly disappointed!

I love chick fil a and this location has always delivered quality food and service. However, the parking lot and drive through are often an absolute nightmare. It’s confusing that they shut down for months to introduce a mobile drive through but it doesn’t seem to have improved anything. Often the mobile line is longer than regular drive through line, and if I want to go inside I sometimes have to park at Walgreens

I don’t know what it is about the French fries here compared to all other chick fila’s I’ve been to, but they are by far the best!!! My family comes here often and we drive past other Chick Fila restaurants to get to the one in acworth!
