This is my second year receiving the Valentine’s Chicken Minis from my daughter, and I just want to say thank you for offering such a sweet touch with the heart-shaped container, it really makes the experience feel special.
The Chicken Minis definitely hit the spot for breakfast, warm, fresh, and delicious as always. The only thing missing this time was the sheet liner inside the box, but everything else was great.
Thank you for continuing this fun tradition, it truly brightened my morning!

Found a long hair inside my drink but only noticed it once I finished my drank and took the lid off to get a refill, talked to the manager and brought it to his attention and they dismissed me and told me that they unfortunately couldn’t do anything about it. I won’t ever go back to this location, I felt so grossed out and I didn’t even enjoy my meal after that. Very disappointing

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Arianna took my order and when I tried to make a change to my order she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes, robotic monotone customer service voice and absolute D tier customer service, I got my order out fast but I was waiting almost 5 minutes on one drink, I wondered why it took so long until I saw the lady making drinks standing outside on the telephone. Where are the managers when this is happening?? Don’t they know she has better things to do than to stand outside for two minutes taking a phone call, couldn’t someone have covered for her or something? D tier productivity if customers are on their phones when they have better things to do, terrible management awareness and customer service, won’t be coming back. Wish I could share the picture I took of the lady standing outside on her phone, bur google won’t let me, but she had long black hair and looked middle aged

We absolutely love CFA-Duluth (#00821). We dine-in as a treat to slow down and enjoy our food. The staff is always amazing. Yet, I must give a special thanks to Andy. He makes sure our order is correct and with a smile. Times are rough these days and dining out has to be worth it. Thank you Andy and staff for always taking such good care of us. See you again soon.

Consistently lower quality of chicken since Truits death. The portion size in the sandwiches are smaller than a kids nuggets, with mostly breading. We went to Michigan this summer and got Chick-fil-A and I was blown away by the size of the chicken in the sandwiches, it reminded me of how the sandwiches in Georgia used to be (chicken bigger than the bread, an actual chicken breast that has not been halved horizontally.). Just this last Tuesday was just ridiculous, with maybe a nugget sized piece of chicken and the rest was breading in my sandwich. I went home and made a turkey sandwich instead. Between not getting our order correct 5+ times and the low quality of chicken, Georgia Chick-fil-A’s have consistently lowered their food quality to become an unreliable and unsatisfying place for a lunch/dinner option. This has unfortunately become a brand to avoid due to these reasons (in its home state at least).

After not eating here for over two years (been out of the country), it was everything I remembered and expected! As usual the staff was nice, prompt, and courteous! The lobby was clean as always and just the overall experience one comes to expect from Chick-fil-A!

This chick fil a is the slowest one I’ve ever visited. I typically go out of my way by visiting the one on Peachtree Pkwy, Peachtree Corners. The service & people aren’t as friendly as most of their sister restaurants, but they are not horrible… Chick fila has set a high standard & unfortunately this misses the mark a little

I order from here literally almost once a week , I live nearby and my kid loves their Mac n cheese & lemonade. They’ve never failed with that . Almost every time on a sandwich the meat is not cooked fully to the point I stopped getting them . Like if you bite it , the meat will literally not go anywhere unless you peel it off . I begin to get kids meal with my 1 year old and when cutting up her nuggets yesterday, it was purple goo instead of chicken in the nuggets . Most of them tasted like freezer if it was “cooked” . I didn’t receive the ice creams and when coming back the only thing I did receive was 1 ice cream and I asked for 2 lemonades , received 1 & water . The service here is always great , always ! Never had a long wait or anything but my kids food was my last straw.
