This time, they launched the Classic Cup sandwich meal, with a chance to win a Golden Cup for a year of free sandwiches. One thing I really like is that through the app, you can add tomato slices and lettuce. In my opinion, a good sandwich definitely needs some veggies to balance the flavors.
I chose their signature waffle chips this time, and surprisingly, they were really crispy and tasty. For the drink, I went with the Sunshine — a mix of lemonade and iced tea — which was quite refreshing and unique.
Sadly, I still got the regular cup, not the golden one But overall, it was a satisfying meal.
I had a less than ideal experience at a different location this morning and stopped by here afterwards after an exam I had, and their commitment to customer satisfaction was amazing. Thankful to have a great location close to home. Cudos to this location and staff at all levels.
In the end, I ended up paying more bc they charged each item separate, including the ice cream that should have been included w the meal. The manager seemed to care less.
This was not the Chik fil a experience I have grown to love and it left me feeling undervalued despite all my saved up rewards. I will use another location to redeem points in the future.
Before walking out with my order i tasted the fries to see if they were fresh. The fries were OLD. So i kindly asked if i could get a fresh order of fries.
They all looked at me like they were confused about why i wanted fresh fries. So one of them proceeds to take my fries back and literally less than a minute later brings back some fries that tastes even worst than the original fries i had.
I literally had to talk to manager in order to get a fresh fries. She was able to help, but the point is i shouldn’t have to go through all of that just to get some fresh fries. Better chick fila restaurants would simply be happy to give you what you are asking for without the weird looks and smirks.
The cashier had to step away from the register for a moment, and when she returned, it was 10:32 a.m. Before ordering, I politely asked if I could still order a Chick-fil-A biscuit, and she confirmed that I could. I then gave my full order, but afterward, she and another employee near the window informed me that breakfast was no longer being served since it was past 10:30 a.m.
I asked for clarification because it had only been two minutes past the cutoff, and they still refused to serve me breakfast. I decided to take my business elsewhere. While it may seem minor to some, it’s the principle that matters — customer service should include a little understanding and flexibility.
It’s disappointing that this location couldn’t be considerate enough to honor a simple breakfast order just two minutes past the cutoff. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and I won’t be returning.
