It’s been a long time since I last had Chick-fil-A. What always impressed me most is their sandwich — compared to other American fast-food burger places, the flavor feels more friendly to Asian taste buds.
This time, they launched the Classic Cup sandwich meal, with a chance to win a Golden Cup for a year of free sandwiches. One thing I really like is that through the app, you can add tomato slices and lettuce. In my opinion, a good sandwich definitely needs some veggies to balance the flavors.
I chose their signature waffle chips this time, and surprisingly, they were really crispy and tasty. For the drink, I went with the Sunshine — a mix of lemonade and iced tea — which was quite refreshing and unique.
Sadly, I still got the regular cup, not the golden one But overall, it was a satisfying meal.

I was eating a Cobb Salad at Chick-fil-A, and after finishing almost all of it, I found a live cockroach inside. It was absolutely disgusting and made me feel sick. I used to really love this salad, but now I don’t know if I can ever eat it again. The Chick-fil-A on Jimmy Carter Blvd always made me wonder if they were using old oil, but this is beyond terrible!

Driving through the area, I decided to stop here for lunch. Going south I had to do a Uturn at the light then turn immediately into the parking lot. As soon as I got in the parking lot, a safety patrol employee put his hand up for me to stop to let someone walk across the parking lot and to let someone back out of their spot. It seemed like I had to go around the building multiple times between getting in line to order then again after the order was fulfilled. It’s a crazy parking lot like most Chick-fil-As across the country. I exited behind the store into an adjoining parking lot to what seemed like “Little Vietnam.”. Overall the staff was friendly and the food was hot. They however missed giving me the sauces I asked for (which were listed in the receipt.) Of course I didn’t know it until I drove away and it was too late.

amazing customer service, the girl in the drive through was amazing and well trained. she served me with a smile on her face, and that made my day. I don’t remember her name clearly but it was something like maya and she had blond highlights. amazing customer service this is why i love the chick fil a franchise

Service is always top tier whether dining in or grabbing drive thru. I stop by here a few times a month for food for my daughters and I when I have late nights at work and need a quick dinner option!
I had a less than ideal experience at a different location this morning and stopped by here afterwards after an exam I had, and their commitment to customer satisfaction was amazing. Thankful to have a great location close to home. Cudos to this location and staff at all levels.

Manager Tim was not helpful in resolving my issue w how my points were redeemed. Instead, he seemed more determined to argue his point. I ordered a 5 ct kids meal for my daughter, had a 5 count rewards, substituted the toy for ice cream.

In the end, I ended up paying more bc they charged each item separate, including the ice cream that should have been included w the meal. The manager seemed to care less.

This was not the Chik fil a experience I have grown to love and it left me feeling undervalued despite all my saved up rewards. I will use another location to redeem points in the future.

i had an interaction with an employee named mayra who i believe can benefit with more customer service training. her approach already came off as “i don’t want to be here” and felt as if it were a nuisance that i just wanted to place an order. her attitude came off as annoyed and unprofessional which made my experience uncomfortable as someone who also works in customer service.

I doubt if I’m coming back to this restaurant. I came here on 10/24/25 at approximately 9:40ish pm. I ordered a 5 count nuggets and a small fry.

Before walking out with my order i tasted the fries to see if they were fresh. The fries were OLD. So i kindly asked if i could get a fresh order of fries.

They all looked at me like they were confused about why i wanted fresh fries. So one of them proceeds to take my fries back and literally less than a minute later brings back some fries that tastes even worst than the original fries i had.

I literally had to talk to manager in order to get a fresh fries. She was able to help, but the point is i shouldn’t have to go through all of that just to get some fresh fries. Better chick fila restaurants would simply be happy to give you what you are asking for without the weird looks and smirks.

Chick-fil-A on Jimmy Carter blvd is no longer an establishment I would consider. Countless times I’ve had problems with my order , and sometimes I don’t even reach out because it happens so often. But this has to stop. When presenting an error to them on their part. I was told they can not deliver my item even while I have the delivery club subscription. When I asked for a manager, I was told I was speaking to One. And when I asked for somebody above her, I was told no one was in store so I asked for a email or phone number and she gave me a wrong phone number for Customer Service .

I’m very disappointed with the poor and inconsiderate service I received at this Chick-fil-A location this morning. I specifically chose this restaurant because of its convenience and close distance. When I arrived, another customer was being helped, so I briefly stepped away to throw something away and then got back in line.

The cashier had to step away from the register for a moment, and when she returned, it was 10:32 a.m. Before ordering, I politely asked if I could still order a Chick-fil-A biscuit, and she confirmed that I could. I then gave my full order, but afterward, she and another employee near the window informed me that breakfast was no longer being served since it was past 10:30 a.m.

I asked for clarification because it had only been two minutes past the cutoff, and they still refused to serve me breakfast. I decided to take my business elsewhere. While it may seem minor to some, it’s the principle that matters — customer service should include a little understanding and flexibility.

It’s disappointing that this location couldn’t be considerate enough to honor a simple breakfast order just two minutes past the cutoff. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and I won’t be returning.
