Keep up the great work and hospitality! I genuinely felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The food was pretty good, and the drinks were definitely not flat—they were actually mixed well and full of flavor. I’m so disappointed with the service this location has provided. They’re always getting my order wrong and forgetting to put sauces/straws/utensils in the bag. There has even been a strand of hair in my fries before. Last week, I went for breakfast to get chicken minis and when I got home, I realized they gave me an 8 count nugget instead….? This was 45 minutes before breakfast ended. I hate to leave bad reviews, especially since the location is fairly new but after this skimpy hash brown scramble bowl I got this morning, I had to! It’s just consistently a bad experience at this location. I’m really hoping they can make a change for the better.

BUYER BEWARE: CHICKFILA RIPS YOU OFF WHEN THEY FORCE YOU TO USE A 3RD PARTY FOR DELIVERY, CLAIMING THEY CAN’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Cracker Barrel screws up all the time, they then notify the 3rd party, and the 3rd party issues a refund. It’s THAT SIMPLE! This location and everyone I spoke with at customer service acts like this is foreign. Chick-fil-A now puts their standards below McDonald’s & Cracker Barrel by purposely messing up your order, hiding behind a guise of “it’s up to the 3rd party” to continue to get wealthy off us, the customers. Uber Eats didn’t prepare my food; Chick-fil-A did, and Chick-fil-A screwed it up! If the driver had been able to prepare my food, it would have probably been correct! How is no one working at this location able to identify a nugget? Sandwiches and nuggets now look alike? This was deliberate, and it happened exactly two weeks in a row.

Ok so I know I’m not the only one but I’ve been here a few times and I usually order the same thing every time, but I’m noticing that my portions are either off or just not there. I’m not expecting a glutinous plate, but I’m definitely wanting what I’m paying for. 4 nuggets and yes I counted and 4 hashrbowns in what’s supposed to be a breakfast bowl? Are you serious? If I didn’t pay with a gift card I would be disputing off my bank bc what is this??? Not to mention it looks like somebody started eating it already

Awesome service ! Manager was amazing at helping us quickly ! Good food as always! On a tired night traveling we ordered mobile order for closest Chik Fil a ! The order went to a store 15 minutes in opposite direction of the one we ordered in front of . The manager of the one we entered made it right though and handled our meal at the location we came into . Thank you for the extra effort register 80 on order 108064980849! The service is always fast and friendly at this location. Yesterday, they gave me a free gift card as an apology for my “long wait,” but I didn’t think I waited very long. Lol. I used to think Akers Mill was the best CFA location in the world, but this location may have tied them!

I’m an avid chick fil a-er but as you could imagine when I BIT and SWALLOWED and LOOKED I was REVOLTED. I was sad to have swallowed this. It pains me to even look at this photo. I have NEVER in my life experienced this from this establishment. This chick fil an also frequently gets my orders wrong to the point where I have to revisit 2-3 times to get it correct, which is not the chick fil a standard.

One a few things that I love about Chick-fil-A is the service is typically always the same you greeted you. They call you by your name and your order is fast and friendly. My particular favorite is the southwest chicken salad with cilantro lime dressing asked for an extra sauce packet and thank me later. I also get all of the toppings.

Be sure to check your food immediately after receiving it! I ordered the Southwest Salad with extra corn and add an egg. Once I get home the entire salad is covered with bacon! I understand things happen especially on a busy Friday but the guy that took my order at drive thru brushed it off and said, “well the Sun must been blocking my eyes” then walked away and nonchalantly told his coworker to take my order. They corrected my order
