It is Chick-fil-A so of course it is great, but the drive-thru set up is a mess. People blick the mobile lane and makes the wait way longer than it needs to be. Seriously look at improving the drive-thru entrance to allow eaoer access yo both lanes.

3 stars because the service was good but my food was the complete opposite. I asked for American cheese on my sandwich (which is called out on the receipt) but the sandwich did not reflect that and the bread was unusually soggy even for a 10 minute drive which I hadn’t realized until I made it home. I will point out that the two young ladies who helped me were super friendly (one was blond and one had dark colored hair. The receipt said Savahana so not sure who’s who.) I didn’t bother with driving back because we are all familiar with the traffic on scenic hwy. Maybe it was an off night in the kitchen

Nathan, who is almost always there in the morning, is wonderful! I was so upset having to come back to get food we had missing and Nathan was very quick to turn my mood around. He was super sweet to our son when we went through the drive thru the first time as well. Food at any chick fil a is the same, but service here is exceptional.

I’m writing this review not for bystanders passing by, but for Chick-fil-A themselves to recognize what a great staff member they have. Nathan Hicks is his name. I never seen so much enthusiasm, even in the kindness of all Chick-fil-A employees I’ve encountered. He’s got the type of spirit that needs to be recognized, his kindness radiated before he even reached my window. Especially during the holiday season? My God, managers cherish him!

Never a bad experience with this location. The employees are always so polite and never make us feel rushed. We get food to go when we go there and maybe only sat down to eat once or twice. Again, always a great experience.

Prices going up and food shrinking. It looks like 3 nuggets on a biscuit. It wasn’t good. It was greasy. I bought 12 pack nuggets and they weren’t good either. I felt funky later. Lemonade and hash brown were good. I won’t be back !!! $15.00 for greasy food .
Note- I never had a problem years ago. I was there at their Grand Opening ( A car dealership was where Olive Garden is today.)Never had an issue in all the 20 years eating there. The chicken salad sandwich was my favorite- toasted

Been to this location several times as it’s so close to the home. Service is always consistent, consistently good. Food seems to be consistent as well the chicken patty have been bigger, which is a plus, past some have been small and it’s “where’s the chicken?” Lol. Good job on that! Fries did lack salt but not biggie. Truly to enjoy going this location, managed well and food is consistent.

Horrible customer service in the drive thru… I ordered and scanned the QR code, all I had was a sweet tea, and I let one of the associates know and her tone was impolite. I’ve been told the reason it took 5 minutes for a sweet tea only was because they were looking for the rest of the order…. I know that’s not something Chick-fil-A would encourage, she shouldn’t be customer-facing. I didn’t get her name…
