I came here this morning with my boyfriend, the drive thru line was sooo long so we decided to run inside to grab breakfast. When we went inside they were super busy and I could see all the managers in the back getting stuff done!! It was extremely impressive to see them run their operation with so many people needing food fast! I love seeing managers helping their team and ensuring things run as smooth as possible. Shoutout to them for being the best in the game!!! Love you guys

Just did drive-thru at this location. Now I know that not all locations sell the same items. Very disappointed in THIS location as all they offer (or I rec’d) is a small icedream cup. Ask for the large icecream in a cup (which I had purchased prior at the Dawsonville GA location called a large icedream cup on my receipt.) I looked it up in my transaction history. If this manager seems to only want to handle the small stuff, then I can certainly go elsewhere for my treat. The cup I was given was but a ‘taste’ compared to what Dawsonville sold me. I asked the girl when she gave me the amount of my order (because it was only $3) and she said they ‘never’ had a larger size. Well, it is in MY transactions on MY account! Now I know why this location is never busy.

I finally decided to go to this location. Their machine was down so I wasn’t able to order the Frosted Lemonade. Still went ahead and placed an order for something. Pulled up and witnessed a guy getting out of his car and walking up to the door to tell employees they forgot to add something to his order… never really seen that at a Chick-Fil-A…I shrugged it off only for it to happen to me my drinks were forgotten, but I enjoyed my salad and the boys enjoyed their food ‍♀️better luck next time, I guess.

I had the #3 Spicy Chicken Biscuit combo with a small Coffee. The potato bites were pretty good, but the chicken and it’s biscuit was luke warm, like it had been sitting for awhile. My service was fast though, And they did bring it to my table. My cashier, (first-name-I-forget)-Elaine, was very cheerful… Just delightfully bubbly and friendly. She definitely put a smile on my face. I just happened by this Chick-fil-A on my way to a quartly meeting. Normally, I don’t stop in Snellville, but I was ahead of schedule and hadn’t had breakfast, so….

Worse experience at chick -Fil-A. I went with my daughter, my daughter happens to have a lot of food allergies, she can only eats French fries and grill chicken due to wheat allergies. I ask the manager on site if the could sell me some French fries and I explain the situation since it was like 20 minutes before 10:30 AM. she said “I know other chick-fil-A do it, but we wont do it” Could you pleaseee talk to the manager, and she said: I am the manager.

The fact that she admitted that other chick fil A will do it, it made it sound worse. My little daughter and I were so disappoint. This was on Friday morning Oct the 17th, 2025.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A. I waited in line for about 10 minutes, and when I got to the window at exactly 10:30, I was told I couldn’t order breakfast. On top of that, the employee was incredibly rude about it, which really caught me off guard. Very disappointing experience.

This location used to be my absolute favorite but within the past two months I’ve noticed a change in the quality of the food. And found hair in both my soup and coworkers French fries. I noticed when walking in to order several of the employees bagging the food were not wearing hair nets which may be where the hair is falling into our food or maybe the cooks aren’t wearing hairnets in the back but either way this is disgusting and needs to be addressed. I have attached evidence below and I Hope management sees this review and speaks with the staff and implement stronger food safety precautions. I was able to speak to Alex and my coworker spoke with Patrick regarding the incident and we were accommodated however management should be enforcing hairnets for employees handling food. Customers should not be eating hair with their Chick-fil-A!!!!!!

I literally just pulled over to write this review based on the experience I just had! I placed my order through the drive through and I told the lady I wanted to add a dressing to my kale crunch. Apparently she didn’t add the “50 cents” dressing, and the management made me use my credit card to pay the difference before I could receive my food, despite the mistake being on her end. I understand that these locations are franchised so…..Dear Franchise Owner, if you are that strapped for cash, that you need to earn a one star review in exchange for “50 cents”, then maybe you need to rethink your business model! I will be avoiding this location going forward….bad business for sure. By the way, I come to Chickfila literally 4x/week, so I hope the “50 cents” was worth the loss.

The operator John saw a post I made on FB about the new CFA Honey Pimento Cheese sandwich from another location and invited me to come by for a redemption sandwich. While I did not meet John his staff mirrored this owners passion for customer service and sandwich exceeded my expectations. Thanks John and kudos to your entire team.
