3 stars on the food because it has been awhile since I have purchased the 12 pack chicken nuggets….the box they come in has been scaled down and the nuggets themselves are notably smaller. Service at Chick Fil A is always awesome and the drive thru crew are always great. It’s just disappointing as a consumer. I’d rather see a slight price adjustment than the attempt to pull one over on us with shrink-flation…

Refused to take my lunch order 5 minutes before lunch started. I was perfectly happy to wait for my food to be cooked understanding that it’s not quite breakfast time. Instead the ladies on the registers told me to stand off to the side and wait till lunch started. Extremely disappointing out of Chickfila. Y’all are so much better than this. FOH needs retraining.

Be careful of their cups. The red paint will bleed off on your clothes and ruin them. When I got home, I got out of my car, and I noticed the paint appeared smudged on my cup, and when I looked down at my shorts, they had red paint all over them. I don’t know if it’s because of cheap products or a defect but watch out. I spoke with management, but she seemed to think it was only the smudging on the cups. When I explained to her that the paint transferred to my clothes, she apologized and that was it.

We really enjoyed our Chick-fil-A sandwich, they have remodeled this restaurant and made it more of a drive-thru. There was only one cashier working we had to wait for a while

I have to say this particular Chick-fil-A is a grade above all the others that I’ve experienced over time. They have everything in order. They handle a volume and level of drive-thru that I’ve never seen before. And of course the food is reliable

Ya know what youre getting when you come to Chick-fil-A. This one is on par with all the rest of the super busy locations….double drive through, large dining area, indoor playground in back, clean restrooms, friendly people.

If you’re going to eat out “fast food” this is the place for you. This location has become my favorite. I sometimes eat here 4-5 times a week. We have got to understand what Chick Fil A is. It is a restaurant, not a vocal complaint store! If you are having a bad day or just looking to unload all your frustrations this is not the place. The employees are trying to preform under tremendous pressure and stress. It’s hard enough for them with this in mind. I assure you that they are not trained to be professional psychologists or psychiatrists but they do try to be professional and understanding. I support this Chick Fil A and others local businesses. If customers showed more respect, understanding, and appreciation I promise that you would be treated with a different level of service! When you encourage someone it will bless you more than the individual. Remember the Golden Rule-treat others how you want to be treated.
