The food itself was delicious and fresh. Every item in the family meal was perfectly prepared, from the chicken to the sides. It’s clear that quality and consistency are a priority here, and it made our meal feel special even though it was a quick pickup. What impressed me most was how efficient the process was. They’re getting sorry. Waited much longer than necessary in the drive thru this morning. Sunjoy might as well have been water. Probably left over from last night. Chicken in the minis was hard and dry.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this has happened three days in a row, so I can’t ignore it anymore.

I’ve ordered through the Chick-fil-A app three consecutive mornings, and each time my order was missing the same item: a spicy chicken biscuit. I let it slide the first two times because I had extra food, but at this point it’s not a mistake — it’s a pattern.

What’s especially frustrating is that there’s no way to contact the restaurant directly — the phone number is disabled — so there’s no option to resolve the issue in real time. For a brand known for accuracy and customer service, this location is seriously missing the mark.

I expect better consistency, especially when ordering through the app and paying full price. Please address whatever breakdown is happening here, because this experience is not what Chick-fil-A is known for.

We rushed to get there before breakfast ended with about 10-15 minutes to spare. It didn’t matter. It took 18 minutes to go through the drive thru and by the time it was our turn to order, breakfast had ended. This location is SO SLOW. We wasted nearly half an hour waiting and just trying to leave the parking lot. Ended up going to Einstein Bagel Bros instead. Walking in their restaurant, ordering, and waiting for the food took less time than just trying to order at the Chick Fil A drive thru.

Very disappointed! Came in to get 3 meals. They forgot one of the fries and messed up one of the sandwiches. When I called to let them know, she said bring it back up there. Lol what!?! I’m 9 months pregnant and not about to wait longer. She then put me on hold to ask another manager. After I get what I paid for, I will not return to this Chick-fil-A! If you want the Chick-fil-A experience, I do not recommend.

Currently at this location now 08/14/25 9:30 PM and the customer service is poor! Drive thru is disorganized cars are just going freely no direction. I asked for no salt on my fries and the fries were full of salt! I want my money back! Lemonade is thick with some much pulp in it’s almost like foam! No way!!! I didn’t drink it! I would like a refund!! Ridiculous!!

I will not be returning to this location! This location and the location in Cape Girardeau, MO are far by the worst I’ve ever visited!!!

The quality isn’t like it used to be, I used the mobile order, several times and my order was not correct I didn’t mention anything specifically at night the service staff isn’t really focused. Today my breakfast was ordered at 10:19am got in the line at 10:25am line didn’t move and the app changed to show a message saying breakfast is about to end in 5 minutes. The line didn’t move and the service took my order until 10:34am. I gave her my mobile order and she said, ” I’m sorry breakfast is over. So at this point, the app should not let you order after 10:20am. Very disappointed with the service. I’ll look for different options.
