Horrible customer service especially for the delivery services. Example, 9/12/2025 I had a pickup at this location. It took 20 minutes for an employee to ask if I needed help furthermore it took them 22 minutes to tell me that someone else had picked up the order 30 minutes ago. Chilling filet did not consider my time or the time of all delivery service workers that are picking up orders. Delivery services beware the wait time is ridiculous and the employees may not ask you if you need assistance right away. Drive through available. Dine in available. At times limited parking

Very busy site. I came inside to order. Took @2 minutes to get to me. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits to go. It was just under 5 minutes to get me food. The biscuit is hot and so is the chicken. The chicken was crunchy and very tasty. Couldn’t ask for more perfect mix.
Came in today after 2 chicken biscuits and a sweet tea. Got 1 butter and 1 chicken.

⭐️ Constructive Review – Chick-fil-A (Duluth Hwy & Professional Dr, Lawrenceville, GA)
I’ve always been a big fan of Chick-fil-A’s food and service — I truly admire their excellence, cleanliness, and attention to detail. However, I want to leave a very constructive review regarding the location on Duluth Highway and Professional Drive in Lawrenceville, as I believe it requires urgent attention from management.
During my recent visit, I found the tables greasy, the floor slippery, and when I entered the men’s restroom, I noticed that it was very small with only one stall, had a strong unpleasant odor, the paper dispenser wasn’t working, and there was water on the floor.
In my eight years living in Georgia, this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this at a Chick-fil-A. It was quite unpleasant and disappointing, especially coming from a brand well known for its cleanliness, organization, and outstanding service.
I truly hope this feedback is taken as a constructive comment, with the intention of helping this location return to the high standards that define Chick-fil-A.

I arrived in the drive up line at 10: 27 on 1/9/2026. I pulled around to the order takers at exactly 10:30
They were gossiping when they approached my car. And in no hurry. When one walked up, the other two kept talking. Sorry, you can’t order breakfast. I doesn’t matter when you got here, it is when we take your order.
I was. Disappointed, but wasn’t upset till I heard the other two who had been talking the whole time say “just go to McDonald’s”
So I did, got a nice, fresh bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

The food is decent, but the workers have attitude and are not very nice at all. I went thru the drive thru today and asked the lady which drink she was handing me and she said “I don’t know” in a rude tone. It left me speechless. Also, if Nicole takes your order, prepare for her to barely greet you, and just stare at you until you start ordering and then she won’t say anything and will just hand you your receipt. Very weird energy/employees at this location. They also did not put any vanilla in my vanilla iced coffee

I ordered through the app to pick up for myself and coworkers. When I got to work, all the food we got was there except for one of our large hashbrowns. I also ordered two vanilla iced coffees and none of them had vanilla flavoring, they only had cream. The last thing was the condiments. They’re usually good with giving you what you ask for, but this time? They missed everything. Not a single condiment i had ordered. I know it isn’t that big of a deal, but when you recommend CFA as breakfast for work and they don’t give you what you ask for then it makes me look bad. That’s all I have to say.

I went during a rainy day because of errands that required me to get them done early. I haven’t had breakfast here before so I found it filling. It was nice to see actual egg in the sandwich. As always the driver thru was busy and there was an employee directing it in the rain with an umbrella. Inside was clean and well organized, there was a play area for kids, and the bathroom was clean.

Its been 45 minute on a door dash order.. Dasher just sitting and waiting. Order hasn’t been cancelled. no feedback from restaurant. Called to find out what the issues is. Of course no one answered the phone either….Probably should consider ordering from other local restaurants. This seems to be a real issue with chick fil a anymore…
