This location is new though I’m loving there new system and how they built for a better experience for their customers.
I’m a loyal member to Chick-fil-A on their rewards program and the points add up so well where I get free meals often.
I love the friendly smiles and the free act of kindness. No where else can you receive this service and experience in my opinion at a quick service restaurant.
The area parking lots are more spacious and clean and very convenient for special needs customers.

Fast ordering and food preparation, very friendly staff who checked in on us, very well decorated. Wish this was our local store! Plenty of board games, children’s toys, and books. We can tell a lot of thought goes into training the employees and making the store as welcoming as possible. 10/10 would recommend

This is the fourth time they have gotten my order wrong at that location. It’s not a service issue because they are very attentive; it’s a supervision issue, checking the orders. This time, they left out my daughter’s order, the sauces, and some fries, and of course, they charged me for them. So please check your orders because that is the problem at that location.

I’m not sure what management changes at the top have taken place at Chick-fil-A, but the food is not good. Chick-fil-A was the only fast food establishment I would frequent.
I will no longer get food from Chick-fil-A. I’ve gotten home and looked at my order and it was missing items. The only positive I can say is the order takers were always pleasant.

The building itself is beautiful and the amount of staff they had on shift was huge. But I’m disappointed. I ordered inside for carry out and waited 42 minutes to receive my food. Seeing that they had a bunch of staff on shift was cool but they seem to not know how to coordinate themselves properly, from a customers point of view it looked like everyone was working only one area (drive through) while the other areas only had like one person working it.. I was not happy waiting 42 minutes (took a screenshot of my transaction once I finally got my food) for a simple grilled chicken sandwich and fries.. please work on being better coordinated with job roles. Thanks.
