My experience at the Chick-fil-A located at 2452 Wesley Chapel Rd in Decatur, GA was pretty chill and surprisingly smooth from start to finish. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe with pepper jack cheese and paired it with a lemonade, and both hit the spot. The sandwich came out fresh, hot, and well-seasoned, and the lemonade had that classic Chick-fil-A balance of sweetness and tartness. The staff was friendly and attentive, and to my surprise, the entire restaurant — from the dining area to the drink station — was spotless. Overall, this location definitely delivered a solid and pleasant fast-food experience.

I placed an order at the Chick-fil-A location off Wesley Chapel and, as always, ordered the same items:
three hard-boiled eggs, a kale salad, and Chick-fil-A chicken strips. My total was $20.
I was not given a receipt and ended up waiting 20 minutes in the pickup line. During that entire wait, the only person who consistently checked on me was an outside team member named Tamara — and she was absolutely amazing. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely trying to help.
What was disappointing (and unacceptable) was seeing and hearing staff inside get on her for simply relaying how long I had been waiting. She wasn’t the problem — she was the only one doing her job. Everyone else seemed unsure of what was going on or avoided addressing the delay altogether.
I previously worked for Chick-fil-A Corporate, so I know the standards, systems, and expectations. This experience does not reflect the Chick-fil-A service model. Outside team members should never be reprimanded for advocating for a guest — especially when the guest has been waiting 20 minutes.
This location needs to do better:
• Acknowledge wait times
• Support front-line and outside team members
• Provide receipts
• Maintain the service culture Chick-fil-A is known for
Tamara deserves recognition — not criticism. The rest of the operation needs improvement.

None of my food was correct. I had to drive all the way back(22mins) because the Cobb salad had no chicken. It was skimpy and thrown together. They gave it back and gave me a box of chicken nuggets and didn’t even apologize. I still had to come home and put cheese on it ♀️ If I wanted to make my own salad I would’ve went to the grocery store. The store team was standing around gossiping instead of paying attention to what was going on with the customers. Worse experience with Chick-Fil-A

Buffalo sauce is THE BEST. The chicken sandwich is always consistent. Always 2 pickles. I like the pickles. Adds a nice crunch. The waffle fries I love the waffle fries. Good w barbeque sauce instead of ketchup

A young girl name Kierra took my order in the drive through and what a delight she was. She was professional, funny and in good spirits.
Unfortunately, I had to return my fries due to having too much salt. They exchanged them without any hiccups.

Everytime I order a sandwich for delivery without pickles, somehow I always end up with a nasty sandwich that includes pickles. How do you guys know I don’t have an allergy? I just don’t understand how if I come through the drive-through line, the order is always correct. But it’s always the delivery orders that are incorrect. They also never fill up the fries, and when you call the location, no one ever answers. Thanks for nothing.

This has to be the worst Chick-Fil-A in existence. I’ve visited several times and received the incorrect order each time. The managers are unapologetic and you’ll never reach anyone via phone to escalate complaints, so I guess they’ll see it here with everyone else. Doubt it will matter because based on management’s previous responses, this place is incapable of making positive changes. I can’t understand how the cashiers got the orders wrong after repeating it to me several times. Oh well, never going back.

Ordered 12 count nuggets and got 1 poly sauce; ordered chocolate chip cookie and received no cookie. Tried calling about 10 times before they closed and call dropped each time. Never got to speak with someone about making my order right paid for 2 meals and didn’t receive the full order.

It is NO WAY this place is connected to any part of the real Chick-fil-A. The service was HORRIBLE!!! The way the Customers were yelled at and treated was unbelievable Rude at its Highest Level. Everyone was so shocked that they were being yelled and treated like that. No name tags, no Greeting which is what most of us was expecting. Grady’s Chick-fil-A needs a makeover with Friendlier employees

When I say I had the worst experience at Chick-fil-A on Wesley Chapel Rd., I mean the staff there was very disrespectful, incredibly unprofessional, and behaved in a highly inappropriate manner. I don’t know if this reflects the work environment and culture that the operator/owner Mr. T.J. Wilson or Chick-fil-A as a whole supports, but it is completely unacceptable. As a former team lead and supervisor in the food and restaurant industry, I have never seen or shown such disregard for quality customer service until now.
