This experience is very much different from any other drive through chick fil A I have visited. You drive up to a number and someone walks up and takes your order. Another person walks out the building with your food. The service is great and seemingly fast. I feel for them as it’s so hot and they only have a tent

Edit: still day3. There are two new 5 star reviews from Keith Shelton the owner and his family themself! That’s just not ethical, transparent, or acceptable. I am changing my 4 stars to 1 for lying!
I visited on day 3 of the opening. I was greeted by someone who might’ve been a regional manager and they helped me find the door for inside. The layout is very strange and I’m assuming it’s experimental. There’s no drive thru. Inside, was immaculate as usual, to the point where it’s over the top. I have seen flowers on tables in other CFAs but it’s always weird. In contrast to the window-service-only location which just shut down, this is the complete opposite experience. I hate the curbside order, no drive thru & online app pushing mentality.
This is my day3 experience and the manager/owners are clearly working on getting it up to par. There was almost a ‘too many cooks in the kitchen’ situation. The ordering people are training still, so I can give them grace. However, there are already great skilled CFA workers in the old store which is gone now. The person taking my order didn’t know how to make change in a register or get a drink. 97 health score

Whether it is summer or winter whenever you go into the Lula Hills Chick-fil-A restaurant, It is extremely Cold. Very, very cold you can’t even enjoy your meal. Your food gets Cold. Why this Chick-fil-A restaurant is kept so cold I do not know. I wish they would explain why it is so cold.

**** if you want medium fries, order large! Since they seem to regularly under fill the fries here (special thanks to chick fil a app geniuses for forcing us to complain directly to the restaurant), if you order large, you will likely get a medium portion in a large box.

Every location should utilize the curb side pickup. This is much more efficient than a drive thru. All the negative commenters should learn the system before giving this location a negative review.
