My family and I eat here pretty regularly. The restaurant is always clean and the service is great. Tonight, our car wouldn’t start when we went to leave. Julia was incredibly helpful. She pulled her own vehicle next to ours and let us jump our car off so that we could get home. She was kind and professional the whole time. This was a great example of how helpful and caring the staff at CFA Dacula are and we can not thank Julia enough.

I usually have a good experience at CFA but these kids are obviously government educated. The order taker didn’t take my order right and the people’s at the window didn’t even put everything on the receipt in the bag. Big thumbs down for a double fail.

The past three times I have been to chick fil a they have messed up my order, and every time I ask for sauces they always leave it out of the bag and never pack it. They are rushing orders and their customer service seems very rushed and has progressively gotten worse over the past few months this year. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. It is very unacceptable to be getting orders wrong three times in a row in a span of one week, they rave about how they have the best customer service but it has certainly gone down hill and there food doesn’t taste as good as it used too. Do better it’s embarrassing. And stop raising your prices every single week for your food it’s absolutely disgusting.

My husband picked up an order for us for dinner. My 4 tender meal has 3 old tenders in it and the side salad was pitiful with hard tomatoes. It upsets me when I pay for more and are ripped off. All drive throughs bank on the fact you won’t come back to fix an order, I thought Chic Fila was above this . I’m surprised when there are 3 other competing Chicken fast food places near this one !

The incompetence of this particular Chic Fil A is truly impressive. My order has been wrong the last 3 trips here. Today the order was not only missing all of the condiments..again..but was stone cold. It was only 11:50 am and the food was already cold. Spend the extra time and go to the Winder location where they can actually read an order and care about getting it right.

Dacula chick-fil-a was the best one to go to until recently. I don’t know what has happened or changed but today was the second time in two weeks that I put in a mobile order and when I get there they can’t find it. Staff is not courteous as they were thankfully the food is still good. But they need to step up on management or I will stop wasting my time going there

I don’t know if it’s just this location, but the customer service & food has gone down hill. Literally every time in the drive thru, they ask me to pull down & have me wait 10 minutes or longer for my order, just for it to still be incorrect! The last time they had blueberries & black beans in my Cobb salad, no silverware or condiments. I won’t be returning

This Chick-fil-A in Dacula and Hamilton has gone down tremendously. But Dacula, I quit coming here for the same reason I’m not coming back today. I normally travel a good distance to get Chick-fil-A just to get my order right, but today I wasn’t feeling well soon decided to go to the close one to me and I always order the same thing on the app but every time I come to this location they always get my freaking order wrong, every time with the last time being 6 months ago. So annoying, they need to get it together, At least for the next customers because I’m never coming back here.

They initially messed up my order (for the fifth time) on Saturday morning and did not answer the phone that entire day for me to inform them. The biscuits on the chicken biscuits and the chicken minis were so hard I could literally knock on them. We had to throw all of the food away. I ultimately had to contact corporate to file a complaint. I ended up speaking to one of their managers today who was extremely friendly, professional, and apologetic. He replaced two orders for me as well as adding rewards to my app as compensation. However, The employees that are in charge of cooking and actually getting the orders together are horrible. As you can see, my replacement order was disgusting and I’m not eating this either. The fries are brown and cold. The chicken taste like it was cooked hours before. AND I did not get the correct sauces .
