This has to be by far the worse experience that I’ve had at any Chic fila. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Chelsea, not only was not apologetic but she was very defensive. I would not suggest anyone eat here unless you want to find hair in your food! Beyond disgusting!

I placed an order for my daughter and I on the mobile app, it was 9:37pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:50pm, a worker was approaching my car so I informed her that I had placed an online order, she said “oh wait”, and she proceeded to assist the cars behind me. By the time I got to the front they told me they had to cancel my order because it was already 10:00pm and they did not have any food left. I was frustrated because I placed my order way before and I arrived there on time. People that arrived after me got their food and we felt ignored. There was a woman (Hannah) I asked her why my order was being canceled and she just said “we’re closed” and she didn’t say anything else on why my order was canceled. She claimed that I was late and I was not late, we were there way before and placed my order before. I just hope that they refund me for that transaction, I think that was unfair to me and my daughter. Bad customer service.

The biscuits are never fully cooked here. For years now. Only Chic Fil A I know like this. Spoke to server about this nicely. She agreed it’s always like that here. Then to mention the staff. All the young ones are terrified to even speak. Just look at you till you place your order. No hello, can I take your order. Nothing. Sad.

Fast service but inept drive thru employees. I asked for a warm grilled wrap but nobody told me they didn’t offer those. When I received my food, I asked about the wrap and was THEN told they don’t offer them warm. If I had known when I ordered, I would have gotten something else. I now have to go back for a refund for the item we won’t eat.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-As breakfast . I must admit I’m totally hooked. The food, service and the atmosphere are awesome. I don’t know how they do it, especially at times like this. Other places of business should take notes and perhaps treat their people better. I went to the service station the other day and they were closed early. I wondered why, so I ask went I stopped by the next day. They told me that they had no one to work, so they couldn’t stay open. These jobs need to be careful how they treat their people right now, because this generation is just not willing to put up with the usual work place treatment.
