I placed a DoorDash pickup order and arrived to find the lobby closed. Staff and the manager saw me at the door but offered no guidance. I went to the drive-thru mobile order lane and was the first car, yet I watched several cars that arrived after me get served.
When an employee finally came to my car, he told me I had to get back in line on the other side because my order was through DoorDash. I explained I had already waited and needed my prepaid order to get to work. He responded rudely with “whatever.”
After more waiting, I was told by the manager—who yelled across the drive-thru—that I would not receive my food and that I was being “banned” as a delivery driver, even though I was a customer, not a driver.
I canceled the order and received a refund. Based on this experience and similar reviews, this location shows a pattern of disrespectful and discriminatory behavior. Completely unprofessional. I will not return.

The drink was purchased at the drive thru. Susan initially refused, claiming that It would be a health code violation. I told her she could simply put it in a different cup for me to pour in myself and there wouldn’t be a health issue they are – not that there was to begin with. The manager Mike backed her up on that decision.
Hard to believe an organization that prides themselves – or at least used to pride themselves – on customer service could refuse such a simple request. I have kidney issues and I have to hydrate continuously. I definitely won’t be returning to this location any longer.
Restrooms are clean which I appreciate.
Areas to improve – seeing the order before paying. I had some items missing from my order. Protect the employees from the sun. Seems that the employees are constantly under the weather to take your order. It would be nice is they had a hat to protect them from the intensive sun and have a backpack with water so that they can cool off.
