This is one of mine and Weezy’s favorite places to celebrate and eat.
They even put up a Christmas tree just for us!
They always play our favorite Charley Brown songs and set out fresh flowers on our table.
They have plenty of Weezy’s favorite dish on hand, the fried chicken!
Did I mention they have fried chicken?

I would NOT recommend this location to anyone in Conyers.

I placed a mobile breakfast order at 9:46 AM through the app and arrived shortly after to pick it up. I waited in line for over 25 minutes and finally reached the Mobile Thru to scan my QR code after 10:30 AM.

I was charged for my food but did not receive my order, which is highly unacceptable. I’ve also called the store multiple times this morning and have been unable to reach anyone.

I’ve never had this experience at any other Chick-fil-A locations, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter.

The service at this Chick-fil-A drive-thru was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m surprised by such mediocre service at a Chick-fil-A, since most of the ones I’ve been to respect and prioritize the customer, but at this one in particular, they make you wait for your food on purpose, laugh at and ignore customers, and don’t follow proper instructions for online orders. This woman and her entire team, especially today, November 24th, provided such terrible customer service.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY THROUGH DOORDASH!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I placed an order with this location for delivery using Doordash. I received a notification that my order was ready at 9:07 p.m. I was able to track the Doordash courier and, saw that they immediately went to the restaurant. They were less than a minute away. After arriving at the location, they waited over 10 minutes just to pickup the order. This is a complete waste of time, and inefficient service. After finally picking up my order, the courier now has to make another delivery before mine. Hence to say, it was out of the way.

Finally, after waiting over a half-hour just for my food to be delivered, the waffle fries were stale, my sandwich was made incorrectly, they included pickles that I did not want, and made the necessary change when ordering, then I should have received a cookies n cream shake, and they decided to give a chocolate one that was watered down by the time it arrived.

What customer would pay almost $7 in fees on a $20 order to receive this crap? I am more than fed up with restaurants throwing us anything, and thinking we have to put up with it. Now, I have to waste more of my time calling in to be refunded. If course, they only want to issue a partial refund. I DO NOT have to put up with this crap.

Close down, and let another business who appreciates their customer come into the community. I am frustrated with this subpar service that seems to be the norm now.

Doordash, move out of the area, and close down too, if you can’t deliver orders in a reasonable amount of time!!!

This is the worse Chik Fil A you can visit. The employees here are not friendly and two mornings in a row they made me pull into a parking space and wait for my food. Once because I ordered a cup and they had to get it from “the back.” I’ve purchased cups at the Snellville location and they keep the cups up front so they don’t inconvenience customers.

I normally go to this location for my meals even though there is one closer to me. The service is fast and the customer service is good. However, today i ordered breakfast BEFOR3 10:30 using the mobile app. The order went thru and I scanned the code and it said to drive around my order was ready. Well, I wait and wait and wait. Then the young lady comes out and said they were now serving lunch. But they charged me for a breakfast that I could not get. She advised my card would be charged back. I pray it does. I do not want to have to go back for anything. There was still good customer service as far as the attitude she had in her explanation. But I think from now on I will go in or thru the drive thru. I am glad they was not a big order.

Complete incompetent people who work here judging how they consistently manage to screw up orders. These folks will literally screw up the simplest order. Like reading comprehension is taught in elementary and clearly not only this establishment but 98% of the food establishments in Rockdale County are the same way.

Never in my life have I ever had the amount of horrible experiences at a Chick-fil-A as I have with this location and the management is equally incompetent! Save your sanity and drive to Dekalb County where your order will be correct and the staff has the proper mental capacity not to screw your order up!

I am sharing my experience not to seek sympathy, but to call attention to how easily someone’s dignity can be overlooked in everyday situations. This is about more than a meal or a gift card; it’s about respect, understanding, and the responsibility we all carry to treat each other with humanity. I hope that by speaking up, I can encourage change—both in how businesses address customers and how we, as individuals, stand up for what is right even when it’s uncomfortable. My sincere hope is that no one else ever leaves a place of business feeling diminished or unseen, and that my story might help spark conversations about kindness, justice, and accountability.

On Wednesday morning, November 5, 2025, I stopped at Chick-Filet for a team breakfast after receiving good news about our performance at the Tow Yard. Using my $25 gift card, I bought 30 nuggets and 2 hashbrowns with some helpful advice from the friendly greeter. The total was just under $25, so I let her keep the change before heading to work in College Park.

I asked a staff member at the window for a cup of ice, but she immediately replied, “We don’t add on in the window.” After serving other cars, she told me to pull up while my food was being prepared. I waited as she continued helping other customers, identified myself twice, and finally was asked to move again to a parking lot space. Frustrated, I requested a refund instead of moving further, and she informed the next customer that I refused to relocate.

A man got out of his car, yelled at me to move because he was in a hurry, so I quickly moved my car and hit the curb. After he left and I collected myself, I went to the window to ask for my money back. The server shouted she was calling the police, and several team members approached as I explained I just wanted a refund and wouldn’t return.

Unexpectedly, a Conyers police officer approached and instructed me to enter my vehicle and leave, without asking any questions. I felt as though I was being treated as a criminal or threat to the establishment. I just looked at him and said “OK and went to my car. But He knew this was wrong, he ran behind me and tried to pay me out of his own wallet. This incident left me feeling racially discriminated against, disrespected, humiliated in public, and deprived of my money.

I have not previously experienced such treatment by other women. I serve as Queen Jae of the National Queendom, an organization dedicated to uplifting and empowering the women of our community. My role model is Queen America, who inspires self-esteem and supports women during difficult times.

Following this experience, I reflected deeply and sought spiritual guidance to understand its significance. I chose not to discuss the incident with friends or family, as I was truly surprised that anyone could be treated in such a manner at a fast-food restaurant, particularly at Chick-fil-A. While I am attempting to come to terms with the situation, it continues to trouble me and affects my peace of mind. Consequently, I consulted with a Covington police officer located near the building where the Queendom meets. I explained the events to him and conveyed my disappointment not only with the staff at Chick-fil-A, but also with the officers, who did not encourage the staff to take appropriate action. Nevertheless, with grace, I continued with my workday.

It is important for me to express my concerns so that no one’s day is negatively impacted simply because they are perceived differently. I am writing this letter to address those involved and to ask what prompted such behavior. I respectfully request a formal apology for what occurred, as well as the return of my $25 in cash, so that I will not feel compelled to visit another Chick-fil-A in the future.
