I ordered a grilled spicy chicken sandwich and asked if the sandwich came with bacon. The guy said it does not, and I said ok. He asked if I wanted the bacon, and I said no. I simply wanted to verify it didn’t come in the sandwich so that I could have it removed well when I get the sandwich I found bacon in it we go back around through the drive thru and this time there is someone outside we explained to him what was wrong with the sandwich and he apologized took the sandwich from us and said they would fix it. He goes back to the window they hand him the sandwich and he brings it to our car. The chicken and cheese were cold, and the bun was not grilled.

I visited November 15th with my handicapped nephew. The staff’s attention to details was excellent. The manager helped with our drinks and the food was delivered to our table quickly. The servers made sure we had had everything we needed and cleared our table in a timely manner. One server greeted my nephew and gave him a fist bump. The love of Christ was shown to us from the minute we walked in to our departure. Thank you!

I placed my order through the app to pick up to avoid the drive thru lines this place normally gets. The dining lobby is currently closed, so only to go orders for the time being. Employees are masked up. Customers are free to wear a mask or not while waiting for their order. Took about 2 minutes to get my food out the lobby once the app said it was ready. They had it labeled wrong and thought it was for a delivery service instead of carry out. No problems there.

Terrible traffic flow, unable to exit onto Powder Spgs Rd E bound. Breakfast service was a disaster despite a kitchen full of employess, due to some sort of management meeting monopolizing the back dining area. Will not return.

Update, the location at the slowest time lacking food quality, accuracy.
The quality control, inspection seems to be a major issue, see the images for grill chicken nuggets, this is the foods with all that black carbon off your grill that goes to our families body, see the kale salad, literally the garbage of kale bunch, dry without almond and all it’s ingredients.
There is always missing item unless you sit in the drive through and inspect every item.
This is indirect theft, how many would complain or post images?
This is not an isolated situation, but this event had to be posted.

I am disgusted and traumatized from my last experience here. I started to bite into an over cooked regular chicken sandwich (no not spicy) then to realize there is a chunk on RAW chicken sitting in the sandwich. How could this happen !? Immediately contacted the location but has still heard nothing back about this !

Just don’t with this place. They are the most clueless especially about mobile orders. There is just no reason to even try this one. Could not get service until I started taking photos and they got mad at me. No manager would even come talk when I asked for one. Ordered a mobile order 15 min before arriving at the store. Got to drive thru window and they gave me my drink and asked me to park (didn’t have bacon egg and cheese made? Weird). Waited over 10 minutes in parking lot, went in to try and speak to manager. Everyone ignored me. Yeah not a good way to treat customers at all.

I’ve been to this location several times. About a year ago, they consistently missed up my order by giving me the wrong nuggets (fried instead of grilled), forgetting my sauce, etc. However, in the last 9 months, they have been a lot better and I haven’t had as many issues.

Exceptional service whenever I come to Chik fil A. Desserts are my favorites so when the weather is nice I order a small icecream cone. I tried the strawberry frosted lemonade and its was good just wish it was a little thicker in texture because mine was a little watery.
