Let me start by saying I’m a big fan of Chick-fil-A as a whole. However, the Beaufort, SC location has consistently disappointed and has clearly fallen away from the brand standards and customer service Chick-fil-A is known for.
Almost every visit, we end up having to stop and check our order before leaving because items are frequently wrong, missing, or incomplete. Basic order selections are often not followed. Even when we politely ask multiple times during the visit for the team to double-check the order, it still comes out incorrect.
We’ve also asked to speak with a manager and were told we were speaking to one, only to find out later that the person lied and was not actually a manager. When we’ve spoken with actual managers, it feels like they don’t want to hear the issues or how to improve, and instead just want you out of their hair. Concerns are brushed off, minimized, and treated like they aren’t real problems.
Chick-fil-A has long been the gold standard for customer service, professionalism, and even order accuracy. Unfortunately, this location has lost sight of that. I genuinely hope leadership reads this and takes the feedback seriously.

What can I say? They are consistent. The food is average but better than other fast food alternatives. They are always busy but they keep the line going and they don’t mess up your order. Employees are polite and organized. Highly recommend the salads.

I’ve been going to this chick fil a for a long time but recently it has kind of been lacking. I once waited 15 mins for two milkshakes. Half the time I get undercooked sides. And this morning I received a spicy biscuit instead if a regular one. I rarely make reviews but this is one of the only decent food places in Beaufort! do better or I will cry

When this opened it was good. But recently within past 8 months you can’t get any food.If you order a reg size meal you get less than half the container of fries. I took photos to prove my point. I’ve ordered a larger fry which I pay extra for but that’s about half full. Its not worth the money anymore! Always still hungry! Disappointment!

Bunch of trolls who thinks chicken sandwich with extra pickles x5 placed on the app. Literally gave me 4 small tiny pickles didn’t even cover the sandwich, if someone orders 5 extra portions of pickles they should get 10 since 2 is normal. Stop acting like pickles come out y’all’s paycheck

Maybe I have been spoiled by other Chick fil A’s. We live in the Lexington Ky area and our Chick-fil-A’s get an A+ every time. Of course the food is always good, the employees always look and act sharp. The service is always friendly and professional and given with a smile.
This Chick-fil-A was non of those. I never saw a smile from the “out front” people at any time I was in there. We vacationed on HHI and stopped at this establishment for breakfast when leaving the island. There was a long drive through line so we went inside. There was one young girl at the counter taking orders and she was slow, particularly giving change, and several people were ahead of us in line. Maybe she was new. She never smiled and never said “good morning”.
We gave her our order and stood to the side to wait. It took a long time and the girl that took our order was the same girl that called my name and handed me our order.
Despite ordering 2 coffees we got the food but no coffee’s. I didn’t say anything at first thinking she would bring our coffees however she went ahead waiting on other customers.
I finally got her attention and she came over and I told her we didn’t get our coffee. She didn’t even let on she heard me. She just turned and walked away and disappeared around a corner behind a wall. A minute later she came out from behind the wall and I watched her slowly get our coffees.
She brought the coffees and handed them to me again without saying a word and no apology, no nothing. She never smiled and never spoke a word.
It was bizarre! Certainly not like any Chick-fil-A I/we’ve been in.

I placed and paid for a 90 pc order of chicken nuggets online. The website said allow 15 minutes for preparation and I placed the order 40 minutes before my arrival so I could pick up quick in time for my lunch meeting. When I arrived it wasn’t ready and I still had to wait 15 minutes and was late to my meeting.

The girl at the drive thru with short blond hair and glasses working orders at the drive thru tonight was helpful. But beyond that, the food was BAD. I have had the honey pimento LTO, which I’ve had in Colorado and Texas since it came out but this location has been the only one who can’t do it, and I have been here twice in two weeks. My sandwich was so covered in honey the top bun was soaked in it and you can see how much was on it in the photo where there’s just a few bites left of the sandwich. The top inside of the box and the bun outside was so coated in honey I’m a sticky mess from eating it and there’s hardly enough pimento cheese to take any sweetness away. If my total order wasn’t $40 I’d have thrown it out, but I didn’t want to lose all that money.

Always great service and food! The atmosphere was different as there appeared to be an off-shift worker talking with the staff and using profanity. Was a little tacking seeing a grown man in pajama pants trying to sound cool.
