Josh at the drive thru has great customer service and great recommendations… he recommended the chocolate shake witch was amazing by the way, and also a way he likes to make his sandwich.. and it sounded delicious I’ll definitely be back to try that out. I went today this morning with my husband and he got a chicken egg and cheese biscuit with honey and vanilla iced coffee with hashbrowns. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with no bacon because I’m vegetarian and my sandwich came with vegan and I couldn’t even eat my breakfast this morning. Went into the restaurant, and Was offered a veggie wrap what I wanted it was my breakfast made the correct way in the morning so that I don’t get to work and not get to have breakfast, because my order was made incorrectly.

Beware! This store has a problem with not validating the accuracy of their orders. I have had three wrong orders in the last 30 days. Even though the receipt is correct along with the label they place on the sandwich being correct, unfortunately the order/sandwich inside was not correct. Very frustrating considering it has happened so much with the Aiken location. My advice is to hold up their drive thru line and open each item you get from them,.. the only way you’re guaranteed an accurate order.

Placed my order via online while i was in line. Wasn’t too busy but was asked to pull to the side. Ended up waiting almost 30 minutes before my boyfriend went inside. Food was ready, just hadn’t gotten delivered. Wasn’t cold but wasn’t hot like it usually is.

Chick-fil-A, as always, did not disappoint with preparing a great lunch for us. We arrived & and used the drive thru. We received a friendly welcome from the always friendly people working there whi h is always the norm. Once our order was taken, we drove to pick up our order. I love this location not one time have I ever been disappointed. Today me and my mother went and got some lunch. Alaila she also speaks Spanish . She made me and my mother feel so uncomfortable. She rushed us to order. She seemed as if she was disgusted with us. At the end of the order she walked away rolling her eyes shaking her head .

Food is always very good. The crispy chicken is the best! Always organized and runs smooth. Can go through the drive thru & get right through, even when several cars ahead of you. Won’t be spending half your night with then like you do with many others.

I’m just going to start out by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH to this Chick-fil-A and the young man named Phillip. He showed my family & I empathy and compassion as he assisted us with the mishaps. He assisted us with our order and reimbursed us. I was speechless with this kindness and know God was working through this person. I’ve had family over at my home due to a parent being in ICU… Needless to say, the owner, managers and entire team at this Chick-fil-A are truly a blessing to our community!
