My wife and I frequent chick fil a’s across the Charlotte area. They are all great, some better than others. This one is great but there are better ones. The staff here are great, minus one person we have seen one one of the few trips we have made. The main issue with this location is the use of one lane to pick up food through and the tight/small parking. The whole area is cumbersome to deal with compared to larger chick fil a’s where they buy more land to work with. Either way, they make it work well and it’s always a pleasure going here.

They have a screwed up system where there is a bifurcation between the mobile line and on-the-spot order with an actual person.
I have been to chic-fil-a before and most recently only a month ago and have not seen such a system. I could drive into any one of the two lanes & the staff would take my order. I have always loved this franchise for their professionalism & their quality of service. But this was the first time I came across this.
So I got stuck in the mobile lane with no one behind me or in the other lane and the lady that was standing next to my passenger side could have easily taken our order, instead she said since you are in the mobile lane she cannot take our order and that I will have to go around and get back in the other lane which is her lane to take the order!
This is just brainless and lacks common sense and is a waste of our time!
Now there was another lady who came by our lane and she also said she cannot take the order either and that we have to get back in the other lane & that it is the company policy!
Brainless common senselessness cannot be a company policy!
Use common sense people! Don’t make stupid inefficient policies! You can definitely have a few caveats to the rules that is not too much to follow!!

I came by today, got welcomed so nicely by this young lady. She was so sweet, she took our order. I go to find a table and the tables were dirty, not cleaned at all… My family and I ordered 2 lemonades and they tasted so nasty!!! It if it was expired I’m not joking. I go to the front counter and tell this girl who’s in training (she has long black hair )about the problem, she told me “well how does it taste” but with an attitude. I tell her how it tastes she goes and tells a manager about the problem and she tells me “someone will fix it for you” I was waiting for someone to fix my drinks for about 5 minutes (mind you they didn’t even change the lemonade) until the young lady who took my order asked me if I needed some assistance and I tell her and she is so quick about it that she was about to make my drinks until the girl with the attitude told her “ I’m going to make the drinks” well the girl made my drink with the same lemonade as before and asked me to try it out and it tasted better, I went back to my table. 15 minutes later I went to ask for more ice in my sisters cup. I go to front counter and there was a girl with short dirty blondish hair/brownish. Not doing anything, she didn’t want to assist me- I gave her 2 minutes and in those 2 minutes she didn’t even look at me. So I said “ can I get some assistance, please”? And “she said do you need anything” and I asked her for more ice and she gave it to me and I said thank you. Y’all know when a customer says thank you the cfa employees have to say “my pleasure” oh no that girl just ignored me!!! That same girl sent a customer up to the front bc SHE didn’t want to help a customer!! This is unacceptable from chick Fil a they need to have better employees.

Got a pleasant surprise this morning! Waited 20 min for breakfast mobile pickup (not long enough to complain) and they randomly put a free coupon and cookie in my bag this morning! Very kind 🙂 thank you, CFA!

Accidentally pulled into the mobile order line and asked if I could place an order since it was an accident. I was told no and figured ok they have a system but now I had to wait in the entire line with no order and no food. Well all the lines form into one so had they let me place an order it wouldn’t have messed with any system. Honest mistake on my part terrible handling on theirs. Decided to eat elsewhere for lunch after waiting to get out of their line for a good minute. This was a work lunch break and I didn’t have time to waste.

Unlike Harriet Welsch I enjoyed my food and experience quite well. Now I did not catch the name of who took my order so for the sake of simplicity I will use the name Dwayne. Dwayne was a great server. Her service was certainly up to par. I love how she did everything in accordance with company and rules and policies. I understand you cant bend any rules for me as then you would have to bend the rules for everyone else. Dwayne was wonderful and polite in all aspects and I highly recommend her. Thanks Chick-Fil-A and dwayne, and thank you Harriet for unique entitled attitude. I hope next Monday treats you better

Poor customer service today. Sucks because in my past experiences they have been on the money. Ordered two spicy chicken, egg, &cheese biscuits; one of which I did not mean to ask for spicy (this one is for my sick toddler). Prior to receiving the order, I did inform the gentleman at the window and asked for them to swap it out with an original. Was told he would need to ring me up for an additional sandwich. Seems odd when these items are ready made. I had not touched it or received the bag. In my opinion he could have went back inside and swapped it out, as asked. Simple solution for a long time customer. So much for customer service and the “my pleasure” motto.

I was given unsweetened tea through the drive through I come in to get it fixed. Multiple people just look at you with no acknowledgement, including the shift leader. There was only 2 customers inside it wasn’t busy. They were stocking, cleaning etc.

I used the mobile drive-thru, and it was swift, even at 5:30 PM on a Monday (from the time I pulled in and selected “I am here” on the app to when I left took approximately 8 minutes). The food was good (for fast food *shrugs*), and the order was correct.

I prefer hot food at the place where I purchased it and though Chick-fil-A’s are cleaner than other fast food places, they remind me of military post restaurants. That is my only real complaint though – super nice staff.
