They didn’t pay any attention to my order. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich delux with bacon and no tomatoes or lettuce. I got tomatoes and lettuce and got charged for bacon I didn’t even receive. The associate that took the order out to me in curbside asked me “why I didn’t pull into a spot closer?” Like I needed to for him to walk a few extra steps. This store is ridiculous and I remember why I don’t bother coming anymore.

I visit Chick-fil more than once a week. Not sure why today they thought it was ok to fill my breakfast bowl up only 1/4 the way. It charge full price.

My son placed a mobile order for Chick-n-Minis during breakfast hours (before 10:30 a.m.). When he arrived, he was told they did not have any available. I called the restaurant and spoke with Brittany, who apologized and said they were making more. When my son returned, Anna confronted the two young African American college students with an unnecessary attitude and accused them of being aggressive, which was not true.

When I called back to address the situation, Anna yelled and hung up on me. I called again and spoke with Brittany, who then refused to provide the corporate phone number so I could file a complaint. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers should be treated fairly and with respect.

What a horrible experience… we are regulars and go to chickfla all the time… but I will not return to this location.. They forgot my drink so I had to drive back… then I realized they also forgot my salad. So apology or anything. Once I finally got my salad it wasn’t even edible because of how much dressing was on it… I’m so disappointed

Visited this location at the peak of their lunch rush and it took longer than usual to receive our food. We were content waiting but Ms. Bessy in the lobby made the wait even easier with her sweet servants heart. She addressed us multiple times offering refills. I noticed her also helping multi people throw away trash, get seated with their young kids, and hold the door that continued to open. She came back to us and offered to bring our youngest son a place mat, even secured it to the table for him and then offered to see how much longer our food had. Like I said, we had no issues waiting because we understand the rush of chic fil a, but I couldn’t help but notice the initiative she had to make every guest, coming or going, feel welcome. She is such a blessing to your restaurant and I hope she receives credit for going out of the way to make our experience during a lunch rush not so bad. Thank you Ms. Bessy!

Worst Chick-Fil-A service in all of the Charlotte area. Ive lived and been all around Charlotte and I’ve never been to a Chick-Fil-A that’s as consistently slow as this one AND gets our order wrong on more than one occasion. This most recent time, from the time we got in the, not overly long, drive thru line, it took us 25 minutes to get in and out. Over half of that time was spent sitting at the front of the line waiting for our small 2 sandwiches order, while we watched countless cars that came after we began sitting in the front of the line come and go. 1 star service, I don’t plan on returning.

Stopped in for salads. A very busy Chick-fil-A. We went inside to order. Ordered quickly but waited 20 min for our salads. It seemed the cars in line were getting their food much faster. Interesting . Lots of employees.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints! Friendly staff, quick service, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The waffle fries and chicken sandwich are unbeatable. Best fast food experience every time! Always a great view waiting in line too. What’s up with the views in parking lots?
