We eat at this particular restaurant once a month or so when we’re in Lancaster on Wednesday nights. A couple of months ago one of our sandwiches was half raw. They credited me for the sandwich and we gave it another chance. Last month we went back and it was the same. One of our sandwiches was half raw. Again, they credited us for the sandwich, but at that point I was too nervous to try again. My kids insisted on going back a few weeks ago, though I wasn’t willing to risk it for myself, and my daughter’s sandwich was half raw. They called and talked to my husband about it a couple of times, our account we order from is his, and he told them both times that we love the staff and always receive excellent service, but that we cannot eat half cooked chicken. We have officially given up and will not be returning to this location. I know that we can’t be the only ones this has happened to!

Well I took a chance tonight because I didn’t feeling like driving to Charlotte or Rockhill for a good Chickfila. So I walked in with the expectation that I was going to be disappointed but I really wanted some of there ice cream!! Surprisingly the guy who took my order was very nice and respectful. Marissa the girl who brought my bag out was very polite. Also to top it off I actually got the correct portion size for my order. I was pleasantly surprised and happy I stopped by tonight. I still gave an over all 3 stars because I would like to know this wasnt just a lucky fluke night. Im hoping to have more visits like this one

Please take a look at the previous reviews and other reviews on Google. Read the ones that say that the chicken is not cooked all the way. My family and I just experienced food poisoning for meeting at Chick-fil-A last night. My children didn’t get it because they ate the nuggets but everyone else who ordered a chicken sandwich either it was regular or spicy has had a stomach virus for the past 24 hours. We are not the only ones that have had this issue in Lancaster with this Chick-fil-A, just 2 weeks ago another customer had the same issue and posted it.

This Chickfila is by far the worst one I have ever visited. Which is saying alot because I eat at Chickfila everyday and I visit all of them from Salisbury NC to Lancaster SC. I have been to alot of different Chickfila’s but I have never been treated the way I was at this Lancaster Location. This Chickfila has the worst portion control I have ever seen. The fries are never full and the chicken is a hit or miss. Somedays its just not prepared right. I must say what gets me most of all is how they screw you on ice cream. When the new owner/ operator took over this past year I brought my concerns up to him. He told me not to worry he was going to get that problem straightened out! He apparently had several people say something about that issue. It’s been over 6 months and now he is the one giving some crap excuse about how they have a certain line they fill to. Turns out he cares more about making money and screwing over customers than actually keeping customers happy so they come back. As someone who worked for Chickfila for many years I must say I have never been so disappointed in a location as I am Lancaster SC. This Chickfila has completely lost sight of how to treat customers.

I really like this chick fil A. Every time I’ve come here, the experience has been excellent. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional, and everything is handled quickly and smoothly. It’s a pleasure to visit this location, and I always leave satisfied with the service.

Make sure you look inside your drinks. I found a fly on my second refill. So that means it was in there on the first fill. No apology from the guy who refilled it but the other employees did. Happened 9/19/2026 around 3 pm

The other night I went to order food. I used a gift card and the girl in the window said my gift card expired. Although surprised cause I just won the card, the girl kept the card, can I return to the one I received it from. To find out it was totally untrue because the car doesn’t expire until March of next 2026.
This isn’t the first time I had an issue at this location but it certainly was the worst and it’s my last time coming here. The line is always extremely slow… The order takers are friendly but by time you get around after waiting so long those that deliver the food and even those in the window are most commonly rude. Not the normal Chick-fil-A experience at all.

The receipt clearly lists what needs to be bagged. All that was placed in the bag is nuggets and the kale. No cutlery, no sauce. The sauce is half the reason y’all, come on.

I love the new Chick-fil-a drive through in Lancaster. Next time if I don’t have my dog, I’ll go inside & check it out. All of these other fast food places need to catch up with our Chick-fil-a.
