I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that management at this Chick-fil-A location can address a recurring issue. My orders are frequently packaged very sloppily, with food appearing thrown together and messy when the container is opened.
I have even started going inside the restaurant to specifically request that my order be prepared and packaged more carefully, but unfortunately the outcome has not improved.
Given the price customers are paying and Chick-fil-A’s reputation for quality and service, I would expect more attention to presentation and care in assembling orders. I’ve attached a photo to illustrate the issue and hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.

Worst grilled chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. What is going on chick fil a?? You must have put the chicken breast into a sandwich press. Thinner than a waffle. Will spend $40 on 2 kids meals and an adult sandwich somewhere else going forward. #expectbetter

I always have a great experience at Chick-fil-A! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The food is always fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The restaurant is clean, organized, and the service is fast even when they’re busy. You can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely one of my favorite places to grab a meal!

I really enjoy coming to this Chick-fil-A, and in my opinion, it’s the best location in South Carolina. The store is always clean, the morning/lunch staff is hardworking and friendly, and I’ve never had a bad experience overall.
That being said, there is one manager at this location whose behavior toward employees is concerning. I usually go through the drive-thru, but on several occasions—both inside the restaurant and while picking up DoorDash orders—I’ve overheard her speaking to employees in a snappy and belittling way. The workers often seem cautious around her, which is unfortunate, because they clearly work very hard. I wish corporate would visit this store and observe how she interacts with her team.
On a positive note, there are several employees who truly make this location stand out. In the mornings and afternoons, there are a few kind women who work outside assisting customers. I’ve had great interactions with Maggie, Allie, Trinity, and London. Maggie always has a great attitude despite it being early, and London is one of the nicest service workers I’ve met—she’s always friendly, joking, and complimenting little things even when it’s extremely busy. Allie works incredibly hard to keep the drive-thru line moving, no matter how long it gets. That’s admirable.
I really appreciate being able to have genuine interactions with employees rather than just placing an order and leaving. These young women clearly take pride in their work, and whoever trained them did an excellent job.

I have been eating at this location for the majority of my adult life and it’s hard to find a better location than this one. The service and atmosphere is second to none not to mention the food is made to perfection every time. I highly recommend stoping in at this location. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Just here to sing the praises of the team working breakfast this morning!!! Especially Allie, who was absolutely busting her butt to keep that line running smoothly. AND DID!! But really, shout out to the entire team. I glanced inside and could tell they were short staffed/ in the weeds but you’d never know based on the speed and quality of service. I was seriously blown away by the work ethic and teamwork I just witnessed. Bravo to you all!

I needed a quick lunch and decided to use the drive-thru. This Chick-fil-A in Fort Mill, SC was busy, but the staff was well-trained. I had my meal in record time! Kudos to whoever trained the staff at this location.
My salad was fresh with all the toppings included.
I wish the Chick-fil-A in the Viewmont area of Hickory could do this well.

Even though the location and recent construction is a hazard sometimes I still preferred this location. Mostly for its proximity to my home and work and for its service. The employee that greeted me was amazing. However, when I went around on the inside lane, to collect my order this one young lady was acting really strange. I didn’t pull up close to the car in front of me because employees were using it to cross. She has an order in her hand and ask me to pull up. So I did, then she stood there with an order until the car in front of me left and crossed with the order. I sat waiting on my order and she’s just wondering around with orders. Then ask me what my name was for my order, but as if I was bothering her. I had to pull around back to collect my friend’s order she had just placed. When I came back to the line she ask, did you forget something? I say, no I’m picking up an order for my friend and I gave the name. I get my food and leave. When I get to work, the drink had a hole in it. You can clearly see that a hole was punched in the drink. I called and the manager explained that their cups do that. I’m aware that they do, but it’s usually the bottom. Not a thumb pushing in the side. Anyway she offered me a drink which I don’t want a drink. I want this tea cleaned from my car and my phone not to be wet. I want to know why this girl did this and hopes it doesn’t happen again. She doesn’t give Chic Fil A energy and I was really disappointed.
