My local Chick-fil-A has truly been an amazing place for my family. The restaurant is always clean, the staff provides the best customer service, and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
As a parent of a child with autism, finding places that are understanding and patient means everything. The team here has always treated my child with kindness and respect, which has made our visits so comfortable and enjoyable.
Not only is the service outstanding, but the food is always fresh, high quality, and affordable. It is one of the reasons we keep coming back.
We have been coming here at least twice a week for the past year and a half, and every single time we have felt welcomed and valued. It honestly feels like family when we visit. I’m very grateful for the wonderful service, delicious food, and warm environment they provide.

Chick-fil-A in Indian Land came through with a solid meal and super friendly service as always . I was a little bummed because the multigrain brioche buns were out of stock — but honestly, the food still hit the spot. The spicy chicken sandwiches were fresh, crispy, and full of flavor (got the pickles on the side ), the waffle fries were perfectly golden, and the chicken noodle soup was warm, comforting, and exactly what I needed.
The team handled everything smoothly, kept the line moving fast, and stayed polite and welcoming even during the rush. Clean location, quick service, and consistently tasty food — definitely still a reliable go-to when you want something quick but satisfying ❤️ .

Really been disappointed with this Chick-fil-a recently. We come here alot and this last time may have been my worst visit here ever. You could tell there was some issue with staffing either not being staffed fully, or just the staff not having the level of professionalism and performance as times in the past. We came on New Years Day. We showed up at 7:50pm and weirdly enough to me, there was a sign on the door saying they’d be closing at 8pm. Very odd in general to close at peak business hours, but anyway. We waited well over 30 minutes to get our food, and the restaurant was not overly crowded. By the time the food came, the order was inaccurate, with multiple items missing, including a large fry, a chicken sandwich, a kids drink, and none of the sauce that I included in my order. I had to bull my way back to the front of all the waiting people to let them know of this issue, because they certainly weren’t going to check in on us, and I had waited plenty long enough already.
I also reached out to chick-fil-a to report this visit with the owner, and have heard literally nothing in return. I don’t know what is going on here, but I am likely going to avoid coming here in the future. There is an operations issue here, and the store is inefficient and just lacking the good quality service you’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-a. This visit felt like a visit to McDonalds.

Go to any other nearby Chick-fil-A but this one. So slow. Plus the sign on the door says the dining room is open until 9. So I tried to do carry out to get a mobile order instead of waiting in the drive thru. No luck. Door was looked at 8:40. I hate going to this one. From now on I’ll go to Blakeney. It may be a longer drive, but I can get it and be home faster than waiting here.

The food is good, and the staff are friendly. That said, this location has been going downhill the last couple years. Service has gotten significantly slower. But today took the cake. I received one of those “a little something for you” emails from operator Arthur Porter. I get these frequently but usually it is something very small or something I don’t want. But this time it was for a free meal and a month to use it!
There were only a few days left until it expired so I specifically planned to get takeout for my family tonight, but the app was not recognizing the offer. So, I figured I would just go in to the counter. (At least I would avoid the drive through where the slowness was getting bad.) Upon speaking to the register person, they called over the manager. She was apologetic, but she said the emails had been sent in error and according to the operator they were not permitted to honor them. I asked why a retraction email had not been sent out when they discovered the error… because, were it not for that email, I wouldn’t even be there tonight. She agreed that would have been appropriate, but had no explanation.
So, the staff were very nice, apologizing multiple times, but I bought as little food as I could, getting only what my wife and daughter expected, but I didn’t get any for myself. To Arthur Porter I would just ask why integrity is not important to him as a businessman? Chick-fil-A is supposed to have this reputation based on Christian values. That doesn’t appear to be guiding the business at this location.

I can’t believe I am having to give Chick-fil-A such a low star. Let’s start with the Service, we went in about 2 weeks ago on a Monday and there was, I am assuming a manger at the front taking orders. She wasn’t friendly at all. We sat down and we waited for our order. The Restaurant was absolutely disgusting seats were nasty, tables dirty. I know people can get busy, short staffed what not but I have Never been in a Chick-fil-A that was this bad. The food came and the Chicken Tenders were burnt. Everything was disgusting. I proceeded to take my food up to a taller brunette manger woman (I didn’t get her name) she just looked at me. I said the meal was disgusting, she said “Ok”, do you want more. NO, I wanted to get outta there as quickly as I could. Again Everything was gross in there. She only refunded the tenders, not the meal. I will never go back to this location. It needs some serious help and maybe new management.

This is my go to chick fil a cause it’s close but I hate coming here. Be prepared to spend a minimum of 30 minutes in the drive thru . The food is good and they are super sweet but the drive thru is death.
Update to my review. I tried carry out. That’s even worst. A fine dining room takes less time. Such a shame. The employees are running and doing everything but they’re still behind. And it’s not even crazy busy.

We have been coming to this location for the last five years. Something has happened in the past few months. Whenever we eat inside, the place is absolutely filthy. Trash and food everywhere. Tables not wiped down. The employees are still nice and pleasant but the place itself is nasty.
