I asked my husband to pick up dinner and was disappointed. Firstly, he’d asked if they gave straws because the last time we went they’d forgot and the carrier replied yes. That was his first mistake because they’d forgot… They also managed to forget my entire cool-wrap. He drove all the way home before we’d realized. There was NO cool wrap. He had to go back and ask for it and they gave no compensation. I mean it took an extra 25 minutes of driving because of CFA’s mistake and they didn’t own up to it. I’ll attach a picture of the food he did a 25 minute round trip for… they seriously need to STEP IT UP! #lettucewrap

This establishment offers what may best be described as competent nourishment administered with moral clarity. One does not arrive expecting ecstasy; one arrives seeking order. The floors are clean, the process intelligible, and the outcome reliably correct. In an age of chaos, this is no small feat.
Service is conducted with an almost catechetical politeness. A pleasant, visibly well-raised young man—radiating Christian decency and an understanding of inventory control—hands over the order with practiced grace. Extra sauce, when requested, appears in the bag immediately, as though foresight itself were part of the training. Should one require additional condiments after the transactional rites have concluded, they are produced without resentment, delay, or performative suffering. This is hospitality as doctrine.
The food itself is neither revelatory nor offensive. It sustains. It satisfies. It does not betray you.
Contrast this with Burger King, an enterprise that seems philosophically opposed to generosity. There, sauces are guarded, disputed, and rationed with the intensity of medieval relics. Requests are met not with service but with resistance, as though mediocrity must be protected from dilution. One suspects this posture is institutional—perhaps codified in an internal training module titled “Customer Management Through Denial.”
In sum: if one values cleanliness, correctness, and the quiet assurance that mayonnaise will not become a moral conflict, this restaurant succeeds admirably.

No “my pleasure” and told I couldn’t get French fries because they were too busy. Literally, the manager who is JJ told me the kitchen was too busy to drop an order of fries. It takes 4 mins at most to cook fries. The entire restaurant was empty including the drive thru.

Utilized drive thru today at 10:30. First time at a chick fil a in which drive thru service was very poor. The person who took our order as well as person who brought out our order.. no thank you, no my pleasure! Long sad faces for all of them this morning. Very unfriendly. Definitely not chick fil a style. Also had to wait extra time due to a vehicle 2 cars ahead of us maybe an order issue??

My car battery died an untimely death in the drive thru. The workers were so kind and pushed me all the way to the end where we could work on the car and get it running again. Thank you so much. 10/10 would break down here again.

Normally, this Chick-fil-A is totally on the ball, but today, they messed up and forgot to fix my mobile order, so my husband had to wait there about 10 minutes while our perishable groceries were in the car. Hoping this was an isolated incident and not a new trend at this location. The food is always very good.

I was recently recovering from a week long bout of a stomach virus and was really craving some juicy grilled nuggets. I got the 30 count to eat over several meals. Sadly, the nuggets were horribly dry not juicy as I expected. This isn’t the first time I have gotten overcooked grilled nuggets from the Traveler’s Rest location. I wasted over $20 on inedible food. Who is conducting quality control? I would happily wait a few minutes to get a properly cook item. My lack of patronage at your restaurant means nothing financially. But one would think that with all the commercials highlighting the way Chick-fil-A goes above and beyond for their customers, someone would reach out and make this right. Do better Traveler’s Rest!
