This airport has lots of food options, especially at 5AM! This Chick Fil A was one of them. Decent service, they made and provided my food quicker than I could complete my sale, something the location at DCA could learn to do! My spicy chicken biscuit was tasty and piping hot. Definitely would recommend stopping in!

On my way home i grabbed something to eat from the chick-fil- a at greenville-spartanburg airport. I got the grilled chicken club sandwich. The bread was so stale it fell apart. I took 3 bites and couldn’t finish it. I asked for my money back. It was just awful.

Earlier this week, we were flying out and my son got chicken minis. He said they looked off and were wet. He ate one and threw it away. 5 minute later his stomach was burning then 15 minutes later he was throwing up. He threw up 3 times in the span of 20 minutes and then was done. We had to cancel our trip (at that time we didn’t know he wasn’t going to be sick anymore). There is something really wrong with the quality at this location. A year ago we got nuggets that tasted and smelled off, like it was cooked in a bad/old batch of oil so we threw them away.
While this doesn’t affect my loyalty to chik fil a, I can honestly say we will never eat it at the GSP airport again.

My son got minis for breakfast, said they didn’t look right, and almost immediately got sick after eating only one. We had to cancel a trip because he was unable to board a plane. This is second, similar experience with this location. I don’t recommend!!!

Last Saturday I flew into GSP with my husband and son. We were in a rush to get on the road since we had an hours drive ahead of us so we grabbed two sandwiches and some fries from this Chick-fil-a. I grabbed the order and we ran to get our luggage. We get in the car only to realize that they only gave me the fries. No sandwiches.

We had a large group of 20 people close to closing time tonight. Silas was our cashier, he was very patient and provided excellent service. I read his name tag. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any of the other’s names but they all deserve recognition for their hard work and efficiency. Everything was fresh and hot and they delivered it with a smile. This last stop was a breath of fresh air to our crappy day of canceled and delayed flights home. After working in the service industry for years, I know how challenging it can be to get hit at closing time. I just want to thank them for their wonderful service during our time of need.

Placed a online order walk in guy putting my food in the bag was wow that’s a lot of large on the screen ..then make a comment about how many sauces I order then made a comment about getting my bag shut. Told the lady who handed my food i said tell him he can keep him comments to himself next time all she said was have a nice day. Terrible service ordered food for my whole family nothing but smart remarks.

Most chick fil a restaurants I go to get 5 stars which is the only reason I was tempted to give two or three stars. But employee was rude. My food order was wrong. Did not except the app rewards.
