Best fast food joint in the south. Food always taste good. They really make errors with orders but when they do they fix it with a smile. We live coming to you guys for a quick bit and if my waistline and hips allow it I will continue to do so.

I couldn’t find some things I’m the app, so a sweet employee help walk me through the things I was having problems with ☆. She was amazing. All of these workers go above and beyond. They have compassion for the elderly and open doors, come to the table and get our refills. Mom has cancer and dementia and she just loves it. That is the only place that she eats the food she orders. I wish I could give a 10 star rating!

I have been told quite a few fast food restaurants but thus place is at a different level.
I have only been about 5 times sinceI do not live near there, but every time I had excellent service. The people were beyond helpful and courteous.
There has been a large number of people there every time I went and they get people taken care of so quick. It runs like a fined tuned machine.
I found the same while in the drive thru and inside. It was very clean and well taken care of.
Kudos to the folks that keep this place operating the way it does!!

Went in drive thru, ordered, paid at register then pulled to the door for my food. Got my drink and was told to pull up to the line and wait for my food that would be right out. I waited 10 minutes, a manager came out with my food and a free dessert card and apologized for the wait. I denied any additional items and said I would never return due to the wait time for such a small order.
I paid for 2 orders of 4 piece chicken strips, a medium fry and medium drink.
I’ve witnessed better service at the DMV.

Hate their political stances/contributions but they’re basically the only fast food company left that is fully committed to making sure you get your food quickly and without any mistakes in your order. There are always tons of people working and they’re almost too polite, which is a lot better than the indifference I get from so many places in town.

I just got breakfast ordered 6 chicken biscuits and 6 hash browns and a large sweet tea, it’s a busy morning on highway 81/east Greenville street. But I believed and trusted that chick fil an always busts their butt to get people through. I get my food from Braden H. and I pull off realizing I forgot the tea. Not wanting to be late to work I accept the fact of no tea and I’m humble enough due to the fact that service was fast and polite always makes it enjoy and makes the small inconveniences bearable. As I’m pulling away I thought it would almost be commercial like for someone to come running to my car with the tea. And as I am about to pull out on too the road OUTSIDE THE PARKING LOT here comes Braden H. running me my tea. PLEASE LET THIS MAN AND THIS STORE KNOW HOW MUCH WE LOVE AND APPRECIATE THAT SERVICE! You wanna talking about developing a reputation and living up to it. That’s it fulfilled in first person. Thank you guys and girls so much Cristy and liberty were awesome also! Great service polite and clearly go above and beyond!

Because it’s not the first time, I had to tell what happened this evening.
I placed the order online, verified, and told to go to the pick up area, estimated time 2-6 mins.
I went there , 3 tables were occupied, and while waiting, two people came after me, and picked up their orders, third man came and ordered in the store, and also picked up his order and left, and I’m still waiting.. 2 employees addressed me and told me they are working on my order,(which by the way was an order for one kid) , 10 minutes passed until 3rd employee came, to ask me the same question.
Finally my ordered was completed after waiting 10 minutes in the store, which it doesn’t seem too long , but actually it is, when I purposely ordered online to save time.
Food was good, but service quality has to be addressed.

I’ve grown up on Chick-fil-A and there is no other location that ever could out match this one. Super attentive and careful service and the food came in two minutes. If you are in Anderson you have to stop here.

If I could give negative stats I would. I have tried to eat there twice this week. The first time my husband got a bad nugget that was a similar texture to rubber. I went back today and the drive thru associate was horrible. She was extremely hard to understand as she had broken English. Also she could not get our order right and tried to apply rewards I didn’t want to use. I told her no multiple times. She still tried to make me use my rewards with no other options so we had to leave without our food and cancel the order because of this woman’s incompetence. Hire better people.

Twice this week I have gone through the drive thru at Anderson Pavilion. Both times I ordered a large coke and a large UNSWEETENED tea on my way up to the hospital to sit with a sick family member. BOTH TIMES, the person who took my order repeated it correctly to me. BOTH TIMES I had SWEET tea and coke when I got to the hospital!!
