If you like a place where several times you will hear “my pleasure” then this is the place for you. The staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is very clean. I got the Chicken Sandwich Meal. The chicken was a nice portion and was served hot. The waffle fries were also quite tasty. I will be a repeat customer. The indoor playground looks like it would be fun for kids.

You know the food is going to be awesome. The service is friendly, fast, and fantastic! They tear through a huge line of cars on the drive-thru very quickly. Inside, we placed a large order and our food was delivered to our table almost as fast as we could sit down. They gave us extra sauce and extra pickles at no charge. The bathroom was clean. They have automatic trash cans that open as you approach.
The staff seem very well trained, efficient, and friendly.

C’mon guys I KNOW you can do better! I am guessing they reason for the difference in size of the filets is because we were at the drive thru. Sadly I live 20 minutes away or you would have gotten the biscuit filet back! Such a shame! This is no longer the Chic fil a we grew up with!

This is an extremely busy location, but, I went inside ordered and received my food in about five minutes. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. My food was great. I couldn’t ask for more especially from a Location. That is so busy.

This is THE most well managed chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Always clean, order always right, service with a smile, and generous with rewards. If you are visiting Myrtle Beach definitely stop by this location, no other fast food in the area even comes close!

Had two orders of tenders, my 4 ct chicken strips were the worst of the bunch. The strips we given to us in a smashed up box like it was dropped, and the tenders inside were torn up and of such low quality that I didn’t even want to eat them. I have never had this experience before. Extremely disappointed.
I sent this feedback to chick-fil-a three times and not one person has reached out to address or even acknowledge my concerns. We spend entirely too much money at this establishment to not even apologize for the poor quality of food provided.

Came here for a quick lunch before hitting the road. Dined in. Food was hot, tasty, and filling. Ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal. Kevin took our order and was super friendly. The person who brought the food to the table, also very friendly and kind (which hasn’t been the experience in other local businesses in the area).
Definitely would eat here again.
