Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The chicken is fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. Service is top-tier, the staff is polite, quick, and always smiling. The drive-thru lanes were not organized. There was a long line for taking orders, and there was no designated lane for mobile order pickups. As a result, we had to wait until the regular line moved.

It was cold outside and the little order taker was freezing out there. The owner needs to take care of his employees better than that. Rotate them with others.The young ladies was very pleasant, but they were cold and stated they asked her to come in eearly and wanted her to stay late!

Ok this Chic Fil A was planned out excellently!! I’m impressed. Was worried how it would be with Ladson being such a busy road, but they built with that in mind for sure! Plenty of space for cars to be off of Ladson. They have a left lane separated from the others as well. 2 roof stop locations for the vehicles and food pick up

It is Chick-fil-A. Everything is wonderful. Especially because this is a brand new restaurant where the parking lot and drive-thru layout is conducive to traffic control and ease of access. The food has been consistent and the service has been friendly.

I placed a breakfast order for delivery at 9:00 am, and the order wasn’t delivered for 2.5 hours… breakfast had come and gone by the time the food came ( close to noon). I called the location three times and no one picks up the phone. I love Chick-fil-A but this location does not abide by Chick-fil-A standards / policies. Someone should look into the operation of this location.

Ordered via chick-fil-a like I normally do every now and then. The delivery driver dropped my order to the wrong apartment number although my complete address was listed. I called the store to address this, never received my refund nor points to reorder. I also tipped the driver but requested a refund on my tip as well because the delivery was not delivered correctly. I’ve been calling the store, no answer. SMH Yall need to do better

Sat in the drive thru lane after ordering for 15 minutes while cars behind me were handed their orders. Mine was a simple meal with a frosted coffee. Then they don’t even give me a straw to drink the frosted coffee and I can’t drink it with the lid off because…well it’s a frozen beverage…I can’t leave work until 3pm so I have to wait for the frosted coffee to melt and drink it without a straw. If I wanted a thawed out frozen drink I would have made one at home…

I was late back to work because I accidentally went through the mobile line instead of the drive thru line. Every other Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to has two drive thrus so I didn’t even think to look to see if there was a difference. I asked if I could still order and they said no and I’d have to drive around and because of that I had to wait for every single person in front of me to get their huge orders just so I could drive around and order and wait a second time for everyone in front of me to get their huge stupid orders again so I was late back to work. Thanks.
