Y’all slipping! Asked for a 12 count. Got 10 nuggets but a couple were so dang small Id call them niblets…. what are we doing? Has the economy turned so down that Chic Fil A is losing their grip on quality and portion size?

it’s 1/1/2026 and I decided to come to Chick-Fil-A for some food and was there at 7:22pm. I got out of the car and someone told me they were closing and I look over to the door and everyone is leaving and the workers were taking them out. Then I look over at the drive thru and they were blocking it. I’m upset because I had three other people in my car and wanted something simple, but had to resort to eating at McDonald’s. I would get it if they closed at 40 but it wasn’t even the full hour. The restaurant maybe needed cleaning but it could be done with the drive thru still open.

I went with my two young kids and the service was phenomenal. They brought my food to the table. It was all in easy to carry packaging which was super helpful when I had to pack up leftover food and throw out trash. My kids loved the playground. It was very clean. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had with kids.

Always a solid choice! Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The sandwich nice and full of flavor. Service is top-tier—staff is polite, quick, and always smiling. I grab a spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries and lemonade, it hits the spot every time. Clean restaurant and smooth drive-thru experience too. Highly recommend!

Today is March 7, and you usually don’t have a problem at Chick-fil-A but today I took my family to Chick-fil-A and ordered her food. They did not give me everything I needed. I had to go back up to get straws. They give us our drinks but no straws. I also had to go back and get the sauce that I asked for when I placed the order not to mention that there was a kid new food in and spitting it out everywhere I had to tell my kids they couldn’t play anymore because it’s kind of a health hazard. If you ask me, I told people about it. All they did was pick up the food didn’t shut it down to clean it up or anything. I feel like if someone makes a complain about it being a health hazard you would think they would shut it down for other kids safety States in the front, no food and no drinks.

The breakfast crew is the best. I eat there Monday-Saturday for breakfast. They are very friendly, accurate, polite, the food is always hot and fresh. I have eaten at alot of other Chick-fil-A but this one has the best service/food.

Sprite always flat. Went back thru the line just for them to give me another flat soda!! Food cold from extremely slow service!!! They have fell off bad…avoid this location!!!
Update : Tried them again and got a sandwich that look like its been stepped on. Im convinced the positive reviews are fake bc everyone i know complains about this location!!!

Went here for carryout lunch today. Was waiting for a few minutes despite my order saying it was finished when Ms. Dee checked on my order. After realizing my mistake, I realized I ordered to my home location, not this one. Ms. Dee messaged the other location to cancel/alert them I would be there and get a refund. She did not have to do that as this was 100% my fault. I’ve always had a good experience at this location and this just topped it off

I normally love Chick-fil-A, but the Dorchester Road location continues to miss the mark. I went through the drive-thru today and when it was time to pay, the team member told me they didn’t have any cash on hand. They said I had to wait for the second person helping them, who was four cars back. I pulled up to the window, only to be told I had to go back through the drive-thru because they couldn’t accept my cash at all.
Unlike the Rivers Avenue location, this store has ongoing issues. I’ve had to go inside multiple times to reorder or fix my order because items are frequently missing, and I often don’t realize it until I get home. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the consistency is just not there.
