They customized my order without being rude about it and it was actually great although I usually don’t like breakfast menu’s for fast food. This airport chick fil-a used to let you substitute an English muffin instead of a biscuit on your breakfast sandwich but for some reason they no longer do that which is very disappointing. All the other chick fil-a’s I have been to allow this SIMPLE substitution. Bring back the English muffin!

Chic-fil-A has consistently disappointed me with its terrible customer service. I had high hopes for their unique customer service, but the girl who helped us was not only rude and sarcastic to us but also to other customers before and after us. This is unacceptable and I expect better from a company that prides itself on its customer service. Get your act together, management.
