I’ve had multiple experiences when the food just isn’t right. Fries are cold or not enough salt. The chicken sandwich tastes so fake. The steroidal meat is disgusting. They even gave me this as a chicken tender a couple of months ago. My biggest issue is the inauthenticity of the chicken patty. This may be a corporate issue, but I was very disappointed. Chick-fil-a is supposed to be the best of the best, and I felt like I was eating a chicken sandwich from Freddy’s. The texture of the chicken patty was very much unnatural. This experience has caused me to never want to eat at chick-fil-a again, or any fast food for that matter. Great service though.

Ok, really my only complaints with Chic-fil-A are the incredible long, long drive-thru lines and the dreadful prices. They do have very friendly employees who smile and respect customers. And the restaurant is always clean as a whistle! So if you don’t mind waiting or paying $30 for a couple to eat a small sandwich with potatoes then come check it out! Because the food is quite good and atmosphere was pleasant!!

The quality of service here has taken a severe hit. I’ve been going to this chick fil a for the past 10+ years and this past year it’s just not nearly as good as it used to be. The morning crew is probably the lowest quality. Not friendly at all, and poor customer service. Occasionally you get one of those who seem to like their job a little. The other one further down two notch is way better. Service wise and quality too

Black male manager with glasses stated his name was Mike was extremely rude and unprofessional, items were missing from my order and we were instructed to go back through the drive thru for them to fix the issue. The majority of the food was cold and inedible when I got home. This guy needs to be fired. Terrible experience

Worst chick fli a in South Carolina the food is awful, the crew is rude and lazy. How can you not pick up 3 to go orders in the drive thru at 1 time if they are mobile orders they want you to get 2 and then drive around again and get the last one what kind of since does that make.
