Every time I come here. The cashiers have attitudes, they don’t give the Chic Fil A vibe. Today, I went and not only was the wait ridiculous, attitudes at the drive through, to top it all off the chicken wasn’t cooked tasted very chewy like they didn’t finish frying it all the way. If I wanted McDonald’s level service, and food I would go there instead of paying CFA prices, by far the worst CFA. I have ever been too. Management Maybe needs to go through onboarding for employees again.

Usually they give great service, food is almost always right. However this last time I went there was an unfortunate accident where the girl didn’t wait for me to grab my drink cup and dropped it all over my wool passenger seat. That’s going to be really difficult to clean now. Honest mistake but I’m pretty upset by the extra headache and possible permanent stain. I really wouldn’t even be bothered if there was any real remorse or apology but there just wasn’t.

I am extremely disappointed in the food quality at this Chick-fil-A! I ordered a number one combo, sweet tea and fries. The chicken sandwich has pictured it thin as though they kind of breasted in half so that they can make more profit instead of feeding a decent chicken breast to the customer. Not only that, but it was well overcooked so it’s dry , It’s like chicken jerky. Then I go To wash it down with my sweet tea and it was like drinking a cup of sugar. Mind you I’m a softener and I love my sweet tea, but this was like tea flavored sugar. It’s nasty. The only thing worth eating was my french fries. So I wasted $10 on a combo for fries and I’m on a trip out of town. So now I have to then spend more money to find somewhere else to eat supper. I wish they really would try to watch their customer service and quality control. This has happened to me on several occasions in my travels. And I keep wondering why I go back to Chick-fil-A.

Someone is going to get killed at this Chick-fil-A. They re-did it, but they don’t use both drive-thru lanes. They force all cars down to one lane, and cars pull out of line into the empty lane, nearly hitting people walking all the time. We waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru tonight.
Go a little further down the road to the one that has a mobile thru lane. I have no idea why this one doesn’t use that technology and doesn’t use the 2 lanes they have.

This location sucks anymore. The light skinned older woman has an attitude! Has every time I walked in, in the mornings. Also I’m half Hispanic, the loud one always working in the mornings I can’t hear anything but her screaming in Spanish. My God man it’s not worth it anymore. Food is subpar and the employees are unprofessional! I know it’s just Chick-fil-A but this one is the worst!

Chick fil a has really gone down in service after COVID. I ordered a deluxe combo with a side salad and a bowl of soup, 2 ice cream cones and a spicy sandwich combo. Only to get home no side salad and no spoon or fork. I also had ro ask for my ice cream cones. This issue has been consistent across multiple chick fil a.

This place is usually great, but today I went through the drive thru and paid with a gift card. The girl that took my order did not give me the gift card back. When I got home, I looked at my receipt and the gift card still had some money left! I know there is only few dollars on that gift card but now days every dollar counts.

Food is always phenomenal,
however my concern comes from a younger african american guy which is apparent that something is wrong with him mentally, however he was the only one outside tonight by his self in 22 degree weather collecting money! absolutely unacceptable to have him outside by his self collecting money until it’s time for him to get off of work! he can get hypothermia! at least rotate him out with others, but for this young guy to be outside in the freezing cold! by his self collecting money! while i see literally no one else out there is totally unacceptable he is definitely being taken advantage of! picking on the weakest link just because he may be a little off! do better!

Wow… I was walking in and heard Tay taking orders and it was the very first Chick – Fil a employee I’ve ever heard just sound authentic / Genuine… It was the most Real but, also polite order taker and I had to come on here and brag. I have eaten a little too much CFA in my life and used to go 5-8 times a week, this is the first time I’ve had that kind of encounter. Damita was very blessed to talk too as well, if every chick fil a could be as slow / relaxed and not rush there customers they would get a lot more business like this place does.
