Absolutely disappointed. The trash cans were overflowing everywhere, the place looked completely neglected. I had to wait forever just to get one simple meal, and the employees were not friendly at all. What happened to the perfect Chick-fil-A experience everyone knows? This location seriously needs better management and customer service. Not coming back.

I’m not sure what’s going on with the store lately, but everything has been horrible. Multiple times when I’ve ordered, I have not received napkins, straws, or any of the sauces.
To top it off today, I got a lunch order that I ordered a little after 10:30. Please tell me why are my fries cold and they’ve obviously been reheated.
This is absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what’s happened with the store but if they keep this up, they’re going to keep losing customers. I am very tired of having problems with them every time I go to order. Their morning crew is atrocious and if they can’t seem to care, then they need to go find another place of employment where they will actually work, but this is not the standard of service I’m used to from the store.
Look at the fries in the picture do they look like they were freshly made at 10:30 absolutely not. They are cold burnt very much cook cooked from last night

This store is well run but it is so popular during rush eating hours especially on weekends that they make mistakes or don’t give minor items like sauces or dressing. Check your orders no matter how large!
The food is very good though so that is my only issue. Give then a try, you will enjoy it.

I had a whole Chick-fil-A napkin and plastic trash in my salad!!! I went back to Chick-fil-A to confront them and the employees and the manager scoffed at me! No apology was given! I had to call the manager outside to speak with me. The manager on shift DARIEN LOOKED AT ME AND BLAMED THE LACK OF TRAINING OF HIS EMPLOYEES FOR WHY I DIDN’T GET AN APOLOGY. I then told him I expected an apology from him since he is a manager. He wants again blamed the employees for not apologizing. DARIEN Is a poor manager and is a Sad representation of Chick-fil-A!!!

Missing items from our order and we asked for a to go box and the lady scoffed at us and charged us 28 cents for it…? never had to do that anywhere else. overall just rude employees that aren’t paying attention which is unusual for a chick fil a.

I ordered this wonderful Cobb salad by Door Dash Delivery. It eas difinitely ruined! I did not get any salad dressing!! It was not put in my taped- closed bag ! I had the fork inclosed in the bag . So it was Chic Fil A Garners Ferry fault !!!

I go once in a while to get a sandwich and the service is always great. They are friendly and the food is always good. I went through the drive-thru, she took my order, and I went around to the other side. There was no one in front of me or behind me. I waited 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich. It wasn’t a special order. It was just a basic chicken sandwich. There had to be at least 7 or 8 people I could see standing in the drive thru area (not outside). They asked me my name twice. I’m not sure what the confusion was because again there was no one in front or behind me. There was a lot of laughing and talking amongst the employees. That’s not a problem. I think it was a little too many employees in the same area. I figured they were getting ready for a mad rush that hadn’t happened yet. The usual wait time at Chick-fil-A is about 5 minutes. I had no problem waiting 10 minutes, but with that being said, my sandwich should have been piping hot. I’ll go back to this Chick-fil-A again. It just wasn’t the usual experience.

Just went through the drive thru at 1300 and the young lady working there took the cars order in front of me, then walked directly past me/my car without a single glance or word and took the order of the car behind me. I made it through the entire line before I had to explain to the young man working the front that nobody ever took my order. I’m pregnant which caused me to cry because I just wanted some Chick-fil-A nuggets and was absolutely starving and couldn’t go anywhere else because it was too embarrassing that I was crying. Will not be coming back even though I work right beside this location.

The workers are always nice and are willing to converse with you, actually asking how your day is and making you feel welcome. Although something happened this day, just making this location on par with something you’d only really see at places like McDonald’s, not the higher end restaurant, it usually is. This day, it was extremely busy. Many kids in the restaurant, it seemed so stressful for the workers, but for them to just drop food on the floor and then actually still serve it to someone is just not cool. Sure, a majority of the food was still in the bag, but most of the fries spilled all over the floor, and they never even replaced them, the salad that was in the bag partially split open and a few bits of Lettuce fell out, they didn’t even replace the salad. I was put off on doing this review cause I liked this location, but this is just something wrong.
Don’t fall down the rabbit hole on buying any of the seasonal lemonades, I ordered one with my meal(ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich) they give you only a small size, no matter the size you ordered for the meal.
