Lit waited 40 mins to get yelled at for a sandwich and a fry that we never even got..?? Like I get yall r busy. But get on w it. Bc yall literally skipped our number too. Don’t even get me started on the mob of people feigning for freaking chick fil a. Like. There were 500 other restaurants in that establishment. Get something else……

Because the restaurant is always busy and crowded I barely come but when I do the service is always great, I always get all my condiments, order is correct. I just had them a couple days ago and it hit the spot. My issues were that they forgot to put my fries from the 2 combos in the bag so I had to go back luckily I just drove across the road just to get out the way due to the high traffic to check the bag. The other issue I had on this visit and has happened another time before is. If I have to wait on fresh Mac and cheese to complete my order, I expect to have some type of the baked cheese from the top as well but I didn’t have any so that was a disappointment because I can understand if that wasn’t a fresh pan but it was and I had to wait for it so to not have no cheese (and this is one of my favorite foods Mac and cheese) was a let down a little. Other than that everything was great.

Austin is rude! I could easily tell just by the 5 mins. of being inside this location that it’s not worth another visit! I’ll continue to stay away from any of the locations near the university! Too busy, too rushed and a lack of customer service skills! I requested to speak with the actual store manager and the team tried to brush my request under the rug by getting “team leads”! It’s not even worth going back to speak with the actual store manager.

Employees lacked communication skills, and are frequently short tempered towards customers. God forbid you order any of the treats that they have none of. I ordered a chocolate milkshake, cookie, and a brownie, and walked out with vanilla ice cream and a sandwich. Some workers also tend to whisper the orders so no one can hear them.

First time I’ve ever been at a Chickfila where there’s a mass of employees just standing around, hands in their pockets, just laughing and cutting up during dinner rush. Horrendous service. CFA you guys need to check up on this location!

After waiting for 30 minutes, I finally got my food and instead of my large fry and drink, I got a small cup and a barely half filled fry container. This Chick-fil-A used to be good. Switching to all online orders ruined it. The pick up is too crowded and orders come in too fast. There were at least 70 orders being processed at the same time the entire time I was waiting for food. I get wanting to do something to be proactive against COVID but when you have 50 people crowding in to wait for their food at the same time, it completely undermines the original purpose of the change.
