I love Chick-fil-A and was craving my spicy deluxe i always get. This definitely wasn’t a great experience for food. Service was good, atmosphere was good. The food though… it was burnt, tomato was old it was the same on all 3 spicy deluxes I ordered… bits of burnt chicken… very disappointed. Maybe it’s the location.. idk.. all and all was not satisfied…

Food and service are ok here. No indoor seating. Drive thru or walk up windows options only. Fast food is not fast anymore. Expect wait times especially early hours for Breakfast, 11-1 during lunch and dinner varies

You don’t get more fries buying the larger meal so don’t bother. Happens every time I come here. If there’s not enough fries.. cook more! It’s that easy. Way too many places get away with doing this. SMH.

The lady who took my order was very kind and helpful and I had no problem whatsoever with her. The problem is that, for one, I had ordered a couple of extra packets of the honey roasted barbecue sauce. Did I get any at all? Nope! And when I opened my box containing my grilled chicken sandwich it wasn’t difficult to see a dead bug sitting on top of it. I double checked to make sure that’s what it was. Sure enough, it was. There went my lunch! ️

Wow ! I jumped out of bed and drove 1.5 miles to this CFA , it’s new and close to my neighborhood. I was not disappointed the original chicken sandwich was delicious, the fries were crispy and the sweet tea was oh so sweet!

I was in there on Monday me and my daughter I live in Greenville South Carolina. We stopped at Chick-fil-A before I headed back home to Greenville. We asked for Kale salad and we want an extra sauce. They said they could give us extra so I’m at another Chick-fil-A in Greenville, I have no problem getting sauce. I would never step a foot back in that Chick-fil-A again and I told my daughter the same. She lives in Sumter Bad The attitude was terrible… this picture is all the Chick-fil-A in Greenville and I have got extra sauce with no problem… I would like for the owner to reach out to me

I’ve been here plenty of times, but I mostly go through the drive-through window but today I decided to order online and pick up at the window when I got there. The older lady asked me if I had an order. I told her yes, and I gave her my name after searching around the restaurant. She finally found my order. She then gave it to me as I searched my bag. I told her that this was not my order. She looked at me. She said this is your order cause this is what you ordered online And walked off. I said, excuse me ma’am, as she immediately waited on another customer I said look at the receipt I’m missing a hash brown and a drink. She looked at the receipt, went back in the kitchen and got the hash brown gave me a water down Sunjoy drink and say I apologize and walked off her attitude completely sucked. I don’t know if she was having a bad day I Remain calm the entire time I should have just went through the drive-through mobile pick up order like I usually do. I most likely will not be returning to this location.

Mcray’s Mill Road Chick-fil-A is absolutely wonderful! Quick, friendly, fresh, and always consistent. I go there for breakfast the most. My go-to is a custom order of a fried chicken, egg, bacon, and pepper jack cheese muffin sandwich with a large lemonade (one does not simply go to Chick-fil-A and not order lemonade ). My go-to lunch and dinner is a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and waffle fries (sometimes mac-n-cheese) and, of course, a large lemonade. I also like having strawberry syrup added to my lemonade sometimes. Overall, this is an outstanding Chick-fil-A.
