We came by here on our drive home from Florida to North Carolina. I ordered on the app then we scanned the QR code inside for them to bring the food to us. I ordered a CFA chicken sandwich combo with a side of mac & cheese and a sweet tea. The food was brought out to us quickly and it tasted as expected- good.

Not all Chick-Fil-A restaurants are the same. There are differences. This is one of the better ones. The food is pretty much the same. But, the store and furnishings are immaculately clean, and the employees take pride in what they do and it shows. We stopped in for lunch and were more than pleased with our meal and the 30 or so minutes out of our day that we spent here.

Location, location, location. This place is perfect, and it has a parking lot that is clearly marked and easy to navigate. Right off the interstate, lots of parking, and clean restrooms. The dining room has lots of seating, and the staff cleaned the entire time I was there. No table was left dirty, everyone was polite, and it was a perfect pit stop for the drive on 95.

One of our best dining in experiences at Chick-fil-A! “Big Mama” keeps the dining area clean, organized and sanitized. She anticipated our needs with young children before we even asked and kept our refills coming. The world needs more friendly people like her. It makes such a big difference.

I had to drop the food down to four stars, not because it didn’t taste good, it did, but I didn’t know they made the sandwiches so small now. It used to be large on one end and smaller on the other, now it’s just thin and small.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went to chick fil a this morning for a chicken and cheese muffin. In return I got an egg and cheese muffin. I normally don’t leave reviews. But I couldn’t turn around because I have to hit the interstate for work. My drink also did not have the lid on it all the way so it waste all in my car. Instead of talking let’s make sure we do our job correctly

Came to this Chick Fil A on our way home from a roadtrip. Asked for a Cobb salad with no eggs please and was told they can’t take anything off my salad or add anything. I’ve been to several Chick Fil A locations back home as well as in several other states ordering this same meal with NO issues at all. Always just serves it to me with no eggs like I requested. I was told today they make all the salads in the morning and they’re not making any more. What??? What if I had an allergy?? I’ve never been denied getting what I ordered at a Chick Fil A and am used to them being extremely accommodating. This was definitely a shock and they weren’t even nice about it. Had to order something else as I can’t eat eggs. Will not be returning to this location.

We stopped for lunch at the Chick-fil-A off Exit 119 on I-95 in South Carolina and had a truly lovely experience. One thing I’ve always admired about Chick-fil-A is its consistency. No matter which location you visit, the service is warm, the smiles are genuine, and the food quality is reliably excellent. This location was no exception—it felt like a familiar, welcoming stop on our journey.
A special touch that stood out during this visit was a “Grad Wall” set up in honor of graduation season. It was such a thoughtful way to celebrate the accomplishments of local students. I’m not sure if the wall featured graduates who are employees, family members, or a mix of both, but it was heartwarming to see their names and photos displayed with pride. It added a meaningful, community-focused layer to the overall experience.
My only critique—and it’s really just a matter of preference—is that they may be leaning a little too far into their hospitality. We had just taken our seats when someone approached to offer drink refills—before we’d even had a sip. While I appreciate the attentiveness, it felt a bit premature or not actually paying attention. Almost like automatic response. Looking but not looking. That said, the packet of Purell placed on our table during the meal was a thoughtful and practical touch. It was nice to be able to clean our hands without having to dig through our bags or leave the table.
All in all, it was a clean, cheerful, and comforting stop—full of the classic Chick-fil-A charm.

I visited the location in Manning, SC. There was something wrong with my whole order. I ordered a large waffle fry. They were cold, broken all up, and the cup was half-way full. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strips, and I only received 3 in the container. They were also cold and hard. I couldn’t chew them. I asked the manager could I have my order remade and was told no because they were too busy and it would be a whole hour before they could get back around to me. I never heard this before. There was no resolve to my issue. I was brushed off, worst experience EVER!!!
