I order on my app on IPhone. Food is always ready. The only wait we had is others holding up the line. Don’t know if they did not order or in wrong line? Have never been inside, so can’t give information concerning the size of the restaurant or the atmosphere.

Quick, friendly service and the fries were spectacular. Me and my wife were very surprised tasting how good the food is compared to the other Chick-Fil-A’s around very delicious and the lunch staff were the nicest people I’ve interacted with! Only downside was an annoying atmosphere with children crying, but other than that 5 stars from us!

Great food. I’m sometimes go through the drive thru to get a gallon of tea to take home. If I don’t order food and only get drinks, I sit on the drive thru forever. It’s not bad enough that I don’t return, and the people are always nice, but something always happens where they miss our order and we wait way too long for drinks.

I placed a mobile order for ONE (1) milkshake. Told the drive thru lady the order, and we were pulled up all the way to the stop sign. 3 different workers asked for the name of the order 4 different times. We waited over 30 minutes for ONE milkshake, while watching people behind us get handed multiple large bags. Several customers got their orders before us. We were compensated with a gift card, but it’s still ridiculous to wait that long for a single item order. I also work in fast food, and those orders should always be prioritized over the large ones.

My husband & I were not impressed with the new pretzel chicken sandwich. Not sure why, seems like it’s missing something. Other than that the service is always great & absolutely love love the waffle fries. Thank you!!

Had to remove half of my lettuce because it was it was so disgusting and some pieces looked and felt borderline rotten. Great service always but this lettuce should have been tossed, it’s disgusting they felt comfortable serving this. I don’t mean to be dramatic, but my salad was significantly smaller after taking out all the bad lettuce.

Ordered today, the same way we order at other CFAs (both Harbison and Lexington). We ordered a fruit cup full of only oranges and the team member wasn’t sure she could do that. I told her we’ve done it before and so she made the order with an open comment. We got the bowl out with only 4 orange slices in it. I got up and spoke with another team member and they asked their supervisor about it. The supervisor said that they can only give us the few oranges that come in the fruit cup. They were unable to help us, or refund the order or anything. How disappointing! Guess we will order the fruit cup from other CFAs only lol.
