Placed a online breakfast order and because I showed up at exactly 10:31 they refused to give me my order. I understand if it was much later but I placed my online order well before 10:30 but because of traffic I was one minute late. I normally have a good experience here but i am definitely reconsidering going to this location anymore.

Are you kidding me with this chicken sandwich yall just gave me?… the chicken is so small it’s the size of a nugget. Can’t be charging that much for food then serve something like this. This doesn’t even count as a chicken sandwich. The chicken patty was exactly the same size as the Polynesian sauce I kid you not!

I got a biscuit to go but opened it in the car. It was barely warm & tasted stale. I’m certain it was due to be trashed based on time because I haven’t had anything this poor tasting from CFA. Staff were kind enough to give me new biscuit but it wasn’t a whole lot fresher. Drive through line was busy. People were waiting for orders to carry out. So it wasn’t a slow time if business. While I waited, a couple of drive through orders came inside with order problems. Not a normal quality CFA experience. This is not my normal CFA location so I will likely skip this one as a substitute for my regular spot. It wasn’t what I expected of CFA.

I went through the drive thru after ordering in the app. I come to this location often and have never really had a problem but the service on Saturday, December 27th wasn’t what I’m used to from this location. I got no smiles or pleasant attitudes and my food sat on the table by the drive thru door for quite some time before anyone brought it out to me while they waited on a lot of other people.

Overall is good, but looks facility is wear off and require some renovations. Female bathroom is cleaner then men’s, but with clogged sink. My order was missing with brownie, but soon issue was solved. No playground for kids. This location offers wrap meals, while 10 mi closer to NC locations not have it in menu.
