This is the worst Chick-fil-A on the planet. The service is horrible the hours suck. The employees have a horrible attitude I tried to order a spicy sandwich a hour before they closed and was told and I quote “we are out of those for the day and there is no sense in us cooking anymore because we are about to close” which first of all is very disrespectful second of all they are open for a whole another hour. On multiple nights I have went down to the cafeteria to order some lunch and the employees at this location have been arguing cussing each other out and just no being professional what so ever. This Chick-fil-A is honestly an eyesore in this hospital! Not mention they don’t even accept the rewards app. This Chick-fil-A gets -5 stars.

They posted hours in the hospital, were open 1 day and changed them. The owner has no clue, runs it like Burger King with no employees. Over ordered food 3 times and it was wrong all 3 times. You will NOT get an authentic chick fil an experience here. The only reason it won’t fail is a built in client base at the hospital. Poorly run, poor training, poor customer service. 1 star is being kind

Denied a refill on my lemonade. The first time in my life that a chick fil a had refused a drink refill of lemonade. I was told that “lemonade is too expensive” by the staff. I just spent $15 on a chick fil a meal and I can’t have one refill of lemonade?!
