Wow, this barn is cleaner than some people’s kitchens! And the staff here REALLY care. About the animals and about their guests! This is not just a petting zoo, it is a highly interactive Llama EXPERIENCE! Cool side note: we went on an extremely windy, cold, winter day. Most of the experience was indoors and warm. Super nice due to the lack of outdoor activities there are in cold weather. An unexpected surprise! One of our children has special needs and right as he was about to start his Llama run, she noticed his shoe string came loose, and she just jumped right in and helped him before he tripped. You don’t see that level of hospitalality every day. This place blew my expectations out of the water! If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Oh, and their bathrooms are cleaner than Chick-Fil-A’s AND it has a baby changing station! TOP NOTCH!

Southwest spicy chicken salad is my go to here. It has lots of great toppings and lots of chicken along with black beans and corn. So it is pretty high in protein. Very friendly staff. The peppermint milkshake is back. It’s christmas tree is up and the chicken sound.Is I say make sure you add some pepper jack and some extra mayo!! Go ahead and double dip on them pickles!!

Every single employee hit me with a “My pleasure!” so polite, it made me feel like the guest of honor at a chicken convention. These folks are the definition of pro-polite-ness! They’ve clearly been trained to cluck in for the customer, and their efficiency is something to behold. No fowl play in that drive-thru line, you better believe it.
Now, for the main event: the Lord’s Chicken. I ordered the classic sandwich, and it was simply im-peck-able. The chicken was so tender and juicy, it must have had a very happy childhood. Each bite was a little piece of heaven, perfectly seasoned and nestled in that fluffy, buttery bun. It was so good, it made me want to cross the road again and again to get one. I even grabbed one of their coffees, which was absolutely brew-tiful. It really perked me right up for the rest of my dad-duty errands.
Even the facilities were a sight to see. I had to make a pit stop, and the restrooms were so clean, I almost took a selfie. I mean, they were sparkling! A real potty-starter for how public restrooms should be maintained.
So, what’s the final verdict from this connoisseur of convenience? The Hendersonville Chick-fil-A gets two enthusiastic thumbs up, way, way up. The food is top-notch, the service is egg-cellent, and the whole operation runs smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter. Food was as expected, which says a lot. Lately ordering a salad means I take it apart, clean out the ground/dirt parts, a lot of veins are nasty to me. However most other items are great. The chicken wrap is wonderful and a very reasonable price. Service was nice, atmosphere beautiful. Christmas decorations and orderly pre-rush time of day. Glad I stopped here.

Today, I was in the drive through line to buy a large fry. That’s it. Nothing more. I was also with my friend, who wanted the same thing. However, as it was our turn to order and I rolled down my window, an angry girl named something like “Ilah(?)” greeted us with agitation. Her first words to us were “Please tell me this isn’t 2 orders” We laughed it off, thinking she was joking, but as we ordered, she seemed to get increasingly rude. She complained about how cold she was, and told us she forgot her jacket. My friend and I ordered 2 very small items, and tried to make it as convenient as possible for her. And yet, she grunted, sighed, and said “we were killing her” when we asked to use a gift card. I understand it is cold outside, but I also work outdoors and I thoight her customer service was rude and unprofessional. She made us feel bad for even going to her line. Chick fil A has a reputation of wonderful service, so we were gravely disappointed at this interaction.

On my 20th wedding anniversary I decided to stop by this Chick-fil-A for the first time to pick up some food for our boys before taking my wife out to dinner. I drove through the drive-through and seemed to be the only driver who did not receive their food. I was asked to drive around and park in one of the curbside spots I did and waited and waited and waited. Finally, someone came out and asked if I needed something I told this gentleman that I was still waiting on my food so he called in and told them I was waiting on my order of all nights to have a terrible delay. This would be the worst possible one when the employee finally brought my food he basically marched out, handed my food to me, spun around and went right back in the store without even an apology. I’ve been to a lot of Chick-fil-A’s, and the service normally sets the standard. I won’t be coming back to this one again.

Staff is always nice but the kitchen sucks. Every time you order more than 2 meals they ask you to pull around and wait in the catering line because your food isn’t ready after you’ve already waited in the drive through for 10 minutes. By the time you pull around and wait it’s already been 20 minutes.
That’s pretty depressing when you’ve got 15 people in the kitchen.

Chic-fil-a is great. I have nothing but good things to say about the food and service. The problem I have is the fact that they have employees being forced to go outside in 9 degree weather. Winds are at 51mph and it feels like 9 degrees outside why do we have our employees outside when we have a fully functional drive through? Shame on the management they looked so miserable and could barely speak because of how cold. Please just take better care of your employees!
