I love Chick-fil-A, but this Franklin location missed the mark. We ordered a large fry and twice received a less-than-full fry carton. We had to go back again before the manager — who was very friendly — finally got it right. Polite service, but it shouldn’t take three tries to fill a fry carton.

The Chick-fil-A in Franklin NC is very well managed, clean, friendly staff, kids play area, plenty of parking, great location to get in and out, and the food is very good. They are very community focused, and support the their local communities. My score 4.8.

We love chic-fil-a . We grew up in Atlanta and have been customers our whole lives. We live in an area now in between two chic fil as one in Blairsville Ga and the other one in Franklin NC. We frequent both locations. Lately at the Franklin location the chicken sandwiches have gotten smaller. The first time I let it go because I thought it got past management and it was just a mistake . The second time I was a little more disappointed. This is the third time and I feel I should mention it to someone .Im sure management would want to know to fix these issues . I have attached two pictures of the two sandwiches I got today one was normal size the other was lacking. I hope you can fix these issues before it makes guest go elsewhere .

The line was long, and the wait was long. The cashier was okay. I ordered a spiced chicken sandwich and an iced tea, BTW they don’t offer a senior anything!!! Not a cheap drink, not a discount NOTHING!! Anyway the sandwich was barely warm. And my second or maybe third I saw a red and pink little grissely and gross looking hunk of something in the meat. Well I yanked it out and was through at that point. I was going to complain but with the miles of people I figured what’s the point, what are they going to do?? Give me another lukewarm tumor sandwich? Yea,,no thanks…I will take my business elsewhere..my appetite was gone anyway. Eight dollars for a tea. Do yourself a favor stay away from Chick-fil-A!!!

Well now, I ain’t real sure what this place is called — “Chick Fill-A,” or somethin’ like that — but I’ll tell you what, they sure know their way around a chicken sandwich. I thought it was just some little hometown spot that popped up here in Franklin, but turns out it might be the fanciest place we got!
Walked in and everyone was grinnin’ like they’d known me my whole life. They said “my pleasure” every time I thanked ‘em — polite bunch of folks, I’ll give ‘em that. The food came out quick, hot, and honest-to-goodness delicious. That chicken’s got a crunch to it, like it’s proud of itself. Fries look like little waffles — didn’t know you could even make fries like that, but I ain’t complainin’.
The sweet tea? Tastes like summer in a cup. And that sauce they got… lawd, I don’t know what’s in it, but I’d dip just about anything in there.
I sure hope they keep this place around. Maybe even open another one over in Sylva or down toward Highlands. Franklin needed a spot like this — good people, good food, and a little taste of somethin’ special.

I have been visiting this location a few times, since it’s next to the new Aldi. We typically order using the app, then dine-in by checking in with our table number. Doing it this way has been smooth and efficient on our end. I got the four count Chick-n Strips meal with mac and cheese and sweet tea. At first, they gave me a 12 piece nugget. I went to the counter to correct the issue, and they took back the nuggets and gave me my correct entree, relatively quickly despite being pretty busy at the counter and drive-through. We have had pretty good experiences with this location, and the service is always great. Using the app also gives us rewards from time to time, like free fries or a free sandwich.

Clean place with sweet workers. Only problem is corporate rushing them to get orders through so fast! You can’t look at menu before ordering and have to drive while they walk beside your car and punch it in. Those kids shouldn’t have to be out there in the snow , cold, rain or whatever else. The amount of electricity pumping out heat into the abyss is insane as well but thats company issues and not anything to do with this actual restaraunt! Those kids bust their tails to provide fabulous service and food and are doing great!!!

We love our local Chick-fil-A. Just passed its one year anniversary. Service is great and food is great as always. And they really took their time and planned out the building and drive-thru to move people through quickly. Amazing staff that is always ready and willing to help.
